This hotel was fantastic. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very convenient being right at the beach. Food was amazing too. One note on something to work on was the cleanliness on the 'way to beach' path. It may not be hotel's property but it would have been great if it could be taken care of too with all other cleanliness and emenities that the property has maintained.

heartbroken bad experience.
I have been at many hotels and have written many reviews to give hardworking people a highfive for a good job and good experience. This will be my first time to advise people, not to place their time our money in this hotel, The Park Goa. Both things you will regret. The worst part was being at a place where they didn't care about you as a customer, didn't listen and had so little respect for your time and your things. In my case i would like to refer to the fact that they thought away my passport at the checkin desk and they insisted on having retuneret it - after finding it in their drawer on our way to the airport. A end to a stay which besides that included: - No optimal clean room at any point. - No change of all dirty bed sheets for 4 days. - No refill of in-room coffee and other supplies. - No personal privacy in the room. Despite the "Do not disturb" sign, the staff interference 5 times in 30 minutes with no proper reason. - No pool was available doing our stay, and no information reported on this before arrival. The hotel and the management was informed about this and didn't improve - or just didnt care.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after incredibly well with staff constantly checking evreything was to our satisfaction. Excellent facilities and delicious food.

Dirty, worst than a motel like quality. We booked it for 5 nights based on FAKE reviews and pictures. We arrived and could not believe that we are in a Hotel. We checked out after one night just because we couldn't find another hotel for the first. STAY AWAY! I ant believe Expedia are selling this hotel.i would have given it 0 stars if I can.

the stay was perfect, a perfect location. best place to unwind. a perfect place for beach lovers. the only negative is that they need to have a valet 24/7 which is lacking and if its late then guests have to park the vehicle on their own which was a complete let down for me

Nice and soothing ambience. Sublime lighting.
Friendly staff. Though service could be prompt. Housekeeping reqsts took long time, so did the orders placed in the rstrnt. . The overall set up was nice. No pick up or drop though we had 4 nights booking.

fantastic beach location
staff and location were perfect. hotel rooms and food could be so much better went for xmas bufet then xmas day lunch over priced and just not worth it . if your looking for a beach holiday calangute beach is fantastic. would not return to this hotel but there are lots of other hotels to choose on the same beach do your research before you book because this hotel is nothing like 5 star

Its the closest hotel to the beach in the vicinity
Rooms are well designed however no good view from the hotel - facing the hotel rooms opposite to it. Staff are okay and are not polished in the way a star hotel staff should behave. Pool is very small.. There is no upfront information on wrt Wi-Fi facility,also there was renovation work going throughout the day which causes inconvenience during day time as scaffolding is next to your window. Food is very expensive and not upto the mark, however there are very good hotels near by which offers good sea food..

Terrible place for a holiday
Badly designed hotel, poor maintenance, poor hygiene, good location, crowded and dirty beach, average food, hospitable staff, good service. Too pricey for the comforts offered. Overall an uncomfortable stay and a forgettable experience. Not recommended especially for families. Stay away from this apology of a hotel.

Modern hotel and furnishings...
Booked and paid for a room for 3 people. It would be impossible to fit a 2nd bed in the room, therefore 2 of us had to pay for another room at a different hotel. Rooms are "designer" style, but don't capture any of the historical beauty of India. Staff at breakfast range from unhelpful (almost rude) through to extremely eager to please. While the hotel itself is modern and new, its outlook includes beach shacks and rubbish tip next door.

A beautiful hotel to unwind
I booked the hotel without reading the reviews, but when I went through the reviews I was worried as there were too many negative reviews. But the overall experience at Park Calangute was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and gave a quite modern feel. The restaurants are very pleasant and you can spend the whole day there just doing nothing and still enjoy. The hotel is right on the beach !! It still feels a little over-priced, but the stay is worth while!! The internet is free but rooms dont get Wifi properly. The pool area and restaurants get full access to Wifi. Overall a beautiful short vacation.

its a nice property but can be made better
The chekin was quick , the rooms n bath room are a bit small. The reception & dining staff were really warm and on toes to server however there clothing cleanliness needs to be improved. The most annoying part was the valet parking where in a driver was missing and the hotel had a limited parking space for 4 small cars. One of the guards who parked the car brushed the car on the wall and the car was of one of relative which made me feel embarrassed while handing over the car. Improvements the hotel can do 1.Hire a good valet person 2. try and clear the sea side of the hotel ( currently there is lot of stuff on the way to sea from the hotel which obstructs the view or the sun to lie down on the beach beds. 3. Re color the rooms where the color has worn-out in rooms.

Great location
Excellent service and location - right on the beach. I liked the modern design of the rooms and hotel exterior and 'funky' doors. Food quality was excellent - restaurant quality - but portions were too small for the price.

Lovely birthday surprise
The location is excellent. Our daughter celebrated her birthday on the day we checked in. The hotel staff gave her a complimentary birthday cake and we enjoyed dinner on the beach. The room was clean but only the showers and toilets needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Thank you for the wonderful service and hospitality.

Love The Park
A second stay for me at The Park, that says it all. The hotel was under serious renovation, yet without disrupting the pleasure to be there. Great food and drinks, perfect location. Gladly recommend it for others.

How to ruin a perfect family holiday
Worst hotel I have stayed in Goa. Pictures on site and actual hotel, completely different. Rooms leak, restaurant leaks, walkways dirty, corridors dirty . A perfect family holiday ruined. The only thing good was the view if you can make it to the restaurant as the passage is open to rains and the hotel has broken umbrellas. There is no parking if the car comes in then it has to reverse as its a passage and not a driveway. Stay away from this hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, firstly the hotel is a very small property , swimming pool is very small and does not have any water purifiers , so the water is not clean, as seen in pics the room does not look like it, I think the hotel is overpriced and is not on calangute, it is adjoining calangute.the extra bed is overpriced, never expected this price in any hotel in the world.The reception staff is very clever.Only think I like in the hotel is its wifi

We stayed at this property for a period of 4 days. Excellent location overlooking the beach. Though the all white of this place is noteworthy, the designer did not Keep indian conditions in mind. Though the team lead by Mr. Khanna try their best, the decor seems impossible to maintain. Overall, a great boutique place to stay ib the heart of Goa and a great place to party.

Lousy Hotel - disappointing
This is a small Hotel with just 30 rooms, Location is excellent with beautiful beach but the staff is totally unprofessional - they have no idea, how to run a Hotel. E.g. as soon as we reach Hotel gate - we asked the security guy about the lobby direction - he said, I am very new - I have no idea - you can very well imagine the state of the affairs. Menu has very limited variety - rates are exorbitant Room & Hotel maintainance is also very poor. Overall not worth the star rating and money being charged except the location.

Great facility, poor staff training.
The facility is simply phenomenal. The location, the manitenance of the place, the pool, the rooms...are all very trendy and new. The pool is in the line of sight of the ocean...so from the lobby, it looks phenomenal. The rooms are very well maintained, the decor is stunning with stunning views. Regarding the service, we first requested two single beds, but were given one double bed. When asked, the staff did not seem very professional in the way they handled it. They did compensate us the next day by upgrading us to a suite. The food was OK, the drinks were really bad. The staff there are extremely poorly trained including the manager. I hope that management realizes this shortcoming and invests in some training.
