Place with feeling of history
Beautiful well kept rooms and thoughtful amenities. Nice to come back to relax after a hectic day. All at a very reasonable cost. The staff were well trained and very obliging and the check-in and out quick and efficient. The art gallery, jacuzzi, salon and the gift shop, all were great additions to the place. Look forward to being back soon.

Pleasant stay
Conveniently located close to bus stand and a few tourist attractions. Hotel has a fairly decent restaurant. Courteous staff.

Excellent customer service, beautiful hotel
Excellent location, and beautiful old historical building, very looked after. Staff was amazing went extra mile to help us during difficult time with currency changes in the whole India. Very grateful for their kindness and we were really looked after. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Schönes sauberes Hotel mit perfektem Service.
Das Hotel liegt im alten Viertel von Panjm und nimmt perfekt die Kolonialstil Atmosphäre auf. Das Viertel hätte das Potential eines historischen Schmuckstückes, wenn ein paar Bausünden vermieden worden wären.

Kolonialer Charme
Die Panjim Pousade gehört zur Panjim Inn. Dort gibt es auch Frühstück und dort ist die Rezeption. Die Pousada ist ca. 50 m von der Pousada entfernt. Unsere Superior Zimmmer war eher klein mit einem raumbeherrschenden Bett. das Bett ist für Liebhaber harter Betten geeignet. Die relativ dünne Matratze liegt auf einem Holzbrett. Das Bad ist auch sehr einfach mit einer offenen Dusche, wie man sie auch in älteren Hotels und Häusern vorfindet. Den raum schließt man mit einem Vorhängeschloss ab.Das Ambiente des Hauses ist schön. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit und einen schönen Innenhof. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt von Panjim. Um die Pousada herum findet man nette kleine Restaurants. Auch die Küche im Pousada Inn ist gut, aber nicht so günstig wie in anderen Lokalen. Frühstück war gut.

Nice hotel in good location
There are two WelcomHeritage properties on the same street, but the hub is the Inn, which is where you have to go to check in and to eat. The Pousada a couple of properties away is the nicer of the two for sleeping. It's quiet and all the rooms radiate off a very nice atrium with some artwork. The rooms all have to be padlocked from the outside when you're out and bolted on the inside when you're in, which worried me a bit in case of an emergency. The padlock key has to be inserted inside the room socket to turn on the power. The furniture and styling is very old and at first glance is a bit off putting, but in fact, it's actually quite quaint. There was 4 poster bed in my Pousada room and a very large bathroom. The room has a desk and chair, but they're small and very uncomfortable. The only other place to sit is on the bed. They provide tea, coffee and free bottled water. For breakfast, you have to go next door to the Inn, where unfortunately, the eating area is outside. You'll thus be sharing your breakfast with 1,000,000,000 flies. They crawl over everything, including the plates, knives and cups waiting to be used and that really, really turned me off. The breakfast food selection isn't great, but it certainly isn't bad.They only have instant coffee though.

Smelly, overppriced and poorly staffed.
My wife and I had high expectations of this hotel, it was the most expensive we stayed in during our 5weeks in India. We were sorely disappointed! The location smells badly of sewage, to a highly unpleasant level. The hotel charges and seems to think itself at the top level, but try getting some more coffee sachets for your room. The restaurant is overpriced, service indifferent and food poor. Panjim itself is much the same, just somewhere to stop on the way to the sea.

Beautiful buildings, and very helpful staff
A lovely hotel, gorgeous restored furniture. Terrace restaurant is a very nice place. Breakfast choice was a little disappointing, otherwise would have been 5 stars. Definitely a great place to stay and see Panjim.
