You will get what you paid for. I asked Reception because the cleaner did not fill the shampoo, but they asked me to come down to the reception get it. However, the room was spacious, location was fine, happy hour beverage was a pleasure.

바다가 약간 보였고, 위생 또한 좋았다. 주변 명소와 생각 보다 가까운 거리에 위치하고 있으며 주변에 편의점이 있으며, G-Link와 굉장히 가깝다!

Lovely and clean, spacious room, pool and hot tub facilities. No overnight reception staff, restaurant closed during my stay, vending machines broken. Parking very limited, but I god lucky during the stay! Really nice place, will come back.

Love the location - easy access to trams and bus stops. My room was a bit aged, but still ok. Reception staff are lovely.

Well priced accomodation and facilities in line with this. The beds were average, no hairdryer or iron, and parking was unreliable ( half as many car parks as units, so parking was multiple block away).

Was nice, all I needed but needs handy man work carried out not only in my room but stand out side in the drop off area and look up. yuk and not long till that becomes a serious problem H&S. Oh I know you can not cater for all but the bed was extremely soft. Thanks heaps for the stay and I had a blast on the GC. Kind Regards Isobel

A great stay
Sovereign is a great stay, I usually stay here to visit friends and family on the gold coast, it is extremely well run, a lovely hotel and reasonably priced.

Nice comfortable clean accomodation
Was a very nice stay. Only thing was that the beds were on wheels on floor boards and there were no wheel locks. This meant that the beds were rolling around.

Staff need some lessons in customer service! No personality skills whatsoever not a hello how are you , Thankyou or anything remotely polite! Parking terrible don’t bother nowhere to do laundry like it says property had a shower curtain which made us feel dirty, musty smell in unit but no one there seemed to care they just turn up for a pay check sad the way the world is going.

Family catch up.
Perfect stop over, wonderful friendly staff, comfortable room. Central to Surfers Paradise. Close to to the strip, a wonderful place to catch up with my daughter and her partner who live on the coast there.

Great place. We had a freshly renovated room that was spacious. Full size fridge and microwave were essential for us. Car park filled quickly if you weren’t back early from your day out.

Spacious bedroom and lounge, big verandah, Bathroom was spacious and would be nicer if it didnt have a bath tub shower. Poor Internet reception, nice large TV with no paid tv available, no replacement towels available, you have to pay extra if you want your room Cleaned, upgrade on gym station would be nice, pool, spa and sauna are great. Perhaps provide a vacuum for rooms that have people staying less than 8 days to allow housekeeping.

Good location, friendly enough staff. Charged $2.50 per towel to have clean ones…. Truly bizarre. And car parking is hit and miss for availability. Was super cheap so to be expected.

First day woken up 9am to a loud drill the kept going to 10:30am then rest of the day was quiet second day woken up by house keeping at the door by 9am plus the reception refused to help through these issues and not to meation not having a fridge to store food in once checked out resulting in a mad dash to store our food instead of enjoying the last day plus a massive disappointment was not having use of the spa

Overall decent stay
For the price, the hotel was decent. The room and bathroom were clean, lots of amenities. The pool was area was ok, spent an afternoon sunbathing by it which was nice but the pool itself was a bit leafy/dirt and vegetation floating around. The only thing that I really wasn’t pleased with - on our morning of check out, we accidentally slept through our alarm and were woken 10:00am on the dot by a cleaner coming in. Of course that was our own fault, so we rushed to get out as quickly as possible, but only 15 minutes later someone came aggressively banging on our door. We opened it to him and he was unnecessarily rude, raising his voice at us. Disappointing service, as these things happen and people can be late by accident but we didn’t need to be spoken to like that because of it
