Lovely Older style 2 brm apartment, Beautiful Ocean Views .Big enough for a family. Could do with an upgrade though perfect for a week or weekend. Tram is outside to go to Broadbeach or Surfers or just walk which is around 4 blocks. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Lovely Gardens, Pool and BBQ Areas. Roy the Manager was very helpful. Views of the River and Ocean were beautiful. Rooms were just tired and dated.

Excellent location, good value with 2 pools
Excellent location, few minutes to bus stop and Northcliffe station for the Glink tram. Approx 15 min walk to Cavill Ave, 1 block to beach. Really spacious, clean, little dated but totally sufficient. 2 balconies. Comfy beds and the 2 singles are spaced away from the adult room. Handy with kitchen and laundry. Only negative is the hot water pressure is not great, and erratic so showers are better one at a time. Facilities are great-indoor warm pool, spa and sauna with outdoor pool as well. Mini tennis court. Wifi was ok. Chickery chick around the corner with dominoes 2 blocks down. Bring cooking oil, salt, sugar, baking paper/tin foil etc. We didnt use bbq facilites but saw other people using them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view but flood lights from hotel sign lit up the balcony and rooms. The bathroom floor wasn’t very clean but overall enjoyed staying there as it was close to everything and hassle free.

Close to beach
The place requires refurbishment throughout and smells mouldy throughout, torn carpets and marked walls place is very run down!! Slidung doors jam and bathroom needs attention.

Great place to stay close to everything
We had a great stay. Property is close to everything. It was nice and quiet and the Staff were lovely and the amenities were great. Would totally recommend to family and friends.

サーファーズパラダイス
今回大人2人子ども2人（7歳、4歳）で2泊しました。サーファーズパラダイス中心部からは少し距離があります。レンタカーがある場合は問題ないですが、中心地から少し離れている為交通の便はあまり良くありません。ビーチには近いですが、波が高いので遊泳は禁止でした。波打ち際や砂浜で子どもは遊んでいました。建物はこじんまりとしており古いですが綺麗にしてあります。バーベキューピットを使いたかったのですが、故障しているようで使用できず残念でした。 カウンターが開いている時間が決まっており、それをきちんと連絡していなかったのでチェックインの際に大変でした。カウンターが開いていない時間は無人で、外のインターフォンを押すとインターフォン越しにチェックインの仕方を説明されます。英語がきちんと理解できれば問題ないのですが、英語のやり取りに自信がない方はカウンターが開いている時間をきちんと確認され、時間内に行った方が良いと思います。日本語を話せるスタッフはいません。 カウンターのお姉さんはとても親切な方で、オススメのビーチを教えてもらったり、とても話しやすい方でした。 お部屋のキッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯乾燥機など問題なく使え、快適でした。

Great View, close to beach.
Our apartment was outdated but the view was great. It was also right by the beach and the flags. Surf club also did greet food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Potential
The Motel is obviously going through management changes as the front desk is shut most of the time. Found out that you have to book 7 nights to get extra towels [2only for 5 nights] which with the pool and spa areas I figure is pretty rough and clearly not stated on the Wotif site. The Hotel suited us as in a great spot but lacked the empathy towards people on a holiday.

Spacious apartment
Nice spacious apartment, the building itself is great, has a gym and a pool. Walking dis to beach, but it's a 15 min walk to the towns center, where you would want to be all the time.

Good for the price. Bathroom needs updating, and mould removed from shower exhaust. Room was clean. Kitchen had been updated at some stage. Bed was comfortable. Balcony doors were hard to open.

This place was good but in the 3 days I was there I only seen the Reception open the morning I left and upon arrival was only supplied with 1 key even though there were 3 of us staying there. I was happy with the hotel itself but think they need to lift their game with customer service.

Was a lot older and more dated than appeared in photos. Had to clean and leave place tidy but it is meant to be a Holliday. Would of been nice to have towels changed daily

great time on holidays
We loved stating at Aristocrat Apartments on our holiday. The location is great as it is nice and quiet and away from the business of central Surfers but still close enough to walk comfortably to many attractions. The apartment was very clean and spacious with fabulous views to the ocean and river. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and facilities were also lovely. Overall a great time and I would definitely recommend Aristocrat Apartments.

Had better days and better stays
So we stay for 2 weeks and it says cleaners weekly- Never saw a cleaner. In fact we had to wash the bedding ourselves- even had to wash the comforters as they looked very dicey, stained and just ewwww really. No management on site most of the time- they said open at 8.30 yep no one there, issue with oven no one answers the after hours number. Great location though.

Pleasant stay
The stay was nice & the room reasonable, however the room was a little tired and needs updating. It has obviously been used a lot and the kitchen cupboards are in need of updating, not overly bad, but not to scratch for a property requesting high rentals. Location was great.

Lovely family room
We took our 2 kids for a week to Surfers. The hotel was perfect for our needs - we could cook and do washing if required, and it was a 2 min walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, spacious and clean.
