Thank you for your review Brett, unfortunately being apartment blocks you can smell others cooking food if they do not use their exhaust fan. Rooms are provided with a start up pack of coffee/tea/milk/toilet paper (these are 275 sheet rolls) and then the guest is expected to supply their own. Check in/out times are flexible and only require 1 form to be filled out which is the standard at any accommodation nowadays.

Hi Nicole, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear about the mould around the taps, if you wouldnt mind messaging me your room number so I can rectify this immediately. We are currently updating all our apartments as well as deep cleaning them. We hope to see you again at Blue Waters in the future.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed our outside areas. We will bring up the sunshade comment to our Body Corp for consideration. If you could please provide me with either your room number or booking name so we can get on to the beds. We are currently in the process of updating all the units and it helps to find out from the guests exactly what needs replacing. We wish we could install lifts but unfortunately that is not possible.
