그다지..추천은..
청결은 그냥...그렇습니다. 특히 식기류가.. 냄비 4개중에 쓸 수 있는 건 한개뿐이었어요. 타서 눌러붙은 자국, 벗겨져서 녹슨 것 등등 때문에 ㅠ 저녁 직원의 서비스는 최악이었어요.. 6시 이후에 체크인 할 때는 로비 문이 잠겨있기 때문에, 입구 옆 전화기로 225 누른 후 숙소측에서 문 열어주면 안으로 들어갈 수 있고, 들어간 후에 열쇠금고 옆의 전화기로 다시 전화를 걸면 금고 비밀번호를 알려줘서 숙소 키를 받아가는 식으로 체크인이 진행됩니다. 로비에서 전화 거니깐 문 열테니 들어가서 안쪽에 있는 전화기로 다시 전화걸라고 해서 전화 끊고 기다리는데 문을 안열어주는 겁니다. 그래서 몇 번 다시 전화해서 문이 안 열렸다고 3번정도 문의했는데 마지막에는 "그래 지금 문 열거야" 하고 그냥 뚝 끊더라고요. 결국 다른 손님분께서 열어주셔서 이삼십분 만에 겨우 들어갔습니다... 골드코스트 여행 시작부터 기분이 좀 그랬어요 ㅠ

Property was largely occupied by elderly people who lived there. Not that this was an issue, but it did come as a bit of a surprise. I would not class it as a resort. Our apartment was only serviced (towels changed, beds made) once in our 10 day stay and apartment was a bit out dated. On a positive note the apartment was in a quiet area and located right in front of the beach with great view from the balcony. Front reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff realy friendy. This is our 3rd year and wouldn,t go any where else. Close to trams which take you to pacific fare and helensvale.great place to stay.

All staff were excelent.accomodation very nice. Would recomend it to every one. Older building, but kept up to a high standered.

Great location and view from 7th floor. Lift is annoyingly slow. Notice of linen change would have been helpful as I was a bit startled when guy came in to my room unannounced. Box of tissues and an extra toilet roll would be good for a 9 day stay.

Always hard to review 'accurately' when rooms that are 'individually owned' may vary. For our experience, I would describe the room we were allocated as tired and long overdue for a reno. The Equinox is convenient for public transport, walking, and has lovely views with good facilities eg pool, spa, steam room, bbq's etc.

Reception checked us in early & were obliging above & beyond. The ocean & mountain views from our studio apartment were magnificent. A superb view from every window. For the price, our stay was sensational.

Hey please do better for long term-ers
Different owners for different rooms with different set-up. The answer I got from reception for balcony chair for 2 rather than 1. Had to ask for missing sink/ bath stoppers, or even a cutting board. I had to bring my own pair of food scissors for kitchen use. We had to improvise where we can move the big microwave so we can use the kitchen bench for food prep. we're hoping we get a better room when we get back, as we've re-booked Equinox again in near future for long term.

Fantastic location!
Fantastic location, directly across the road from the lovely beach. Proximity to cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping was great - we walked everywhere! The hotel has seen better days but the location and the ocean & canal views from our room definitely made up for it tenfold! Added to that, undercover secure parking was free. Service was great upon check in and again upon check out. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice apart from the reception
We had to book the Equinox resort late around 5.30 pm on the day we arrived. Contacted Equinox switchboard who confirmed our booking and informed us that the property manager will meet us on site. The property managers reception was not nice. We were told off for booking late and how did we inconvenient him because he had to come back after working late that day and had to come back to check us in. The unit was nice with good views , close to entertainment, shopping and transport

It was across the road from the beach so that was good. It's an old building, rooms need some repairs. But it was cheaper than the rest so you get what you pay for i guess.

the property is a bit old .when entering the building you can realize the smell of an old building. the apartment it self was clean with good views but the issue was that no cleaning was done through our stay and no facilities for cleaning toilet bowl or cleaning the floor is provided the location was really good near the public transport , beside the ocean , far from the hassle and bustle of surfer paradise overall it is a 3 star hotel

An older resort but with all the facilities and just across from the beach. Our room could do with a more comfortable lounge. There was no frypan or oven trays so I don’t know why they bother to even have a kitchen in the room. The bathroom was very small so only good for a weekend for somewhere to sleep. We did have a good view and the managers were very nice.

I loved that i had views of city,ocean and river. The tv had foxtell channels and i had everything i needed to have a comfortable stay. The unit and everything in it is dated but for the price i paid i thought it was worth it.

The room was outdated, the bath had dents in it carpet had stains and the blankets were yuk! had to pay for extra towels and had to buy our own toilet paper phone didn’t work in the room no wifi I couldn’t spend more then an hour in the room just felt so dirty! Couldn’t use the pool or spa as it was getting maintained.

Apologies that you didnt enjoy your stay with us. If you had come to reception to advise of any problems you were having, we would of given you the wifi code. As this is not a serviced hotel, we dont service the unit or replenish the starter kit of toilet paper, dishwash liquid etc on a daily basis, only for stays longer than a week. The pool fencing was being replaced hence the pool and spa closure but this was reopened on the weekend (two days into your stay) for all to use.

古き良き時代の建物が好きな方には最高デス。
かなり古い建物であることは予想できていましたが、サウナなどの施設はもう少し管理していてほしかった。ただ、古い建物であるがゆえに部屋は広くベランダもあり、個人的には新しいタイプのモノより好きでした。

Our unit was HUGE. Full size fridge/freezer in a fully functioning kitchen. Wonderful views and just a few steps to the beach.

Nice pool and rec area, slightly outdated but its got the main things right. Room was nice enough. However, the bathroom was a hassle to figure out how to use the attached shower head and the rails where not secured at all. But you make do.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at equinox sun resort! The staff were lovely and it felt extremely homely. Our views were magnificent from the top floor. The only thing is that our apartment was quite worn out and due for some fixing and a little TLC as well as some new pots and pans - otherwise fantastic!

amazing hotel very beautiful and cozy
surprised me. It was special in every detail. The furniture and kitchen utensils are new and the decoration is very beautiful and cozy. The views from the windows are amazing and the energy of the place is wonderful. The people who work at the hotel and the owners were excellent and hospitable. I felt like family. Little details struck me, like a kitchen cleaning kit containing a new dish towel, a sponge, dish soap and washing machine sachets. Coffee and tea packets were also available. All necessary kitchen items are available. cutlery, glasses, pans, plates, among others. There is a very comfortable sofa that you can admire the sea while relaxing. The tv is big and new with a very good sound. The carpets were clean and new, the bed is very good too. There is a washer / dryer in the room. In addition to good quality shampoo and conditioner. All very clean and new. I was impressed with the set.

I enjoyed the views from the room, it was spacious and comfortable. It was also convenient to shops. Staff at reception were very friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

It is tired and run down. Guess the price reflects that? First night late checkin process was smooth. Instructions in envelope but no WiFi code for kids. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Went to reception before we went out for the next day. They promised more... arrived back from our day out, no paper, reception closed. Great location. Good parking. Just a very tired apartment. Gym pool sauna fine.
