Hi Chriss, thankyou for your comments. I would like to respond as follows. The apartment you stayed in is very popular and we are fortunate to have a number of long-standing guests who have stayed with us many times throughout the years and always insist on this apartment. Their feedback about the apartment is always positive. Whilst the furniture is not new, it is clean and comfortable and we have not received any other negative feedback in this regard. We have a policy that all bed linen goes through a bleach bath as part of the laundry cleaning process. In respect of linen, we have spoken to our laundry provider and cleaners to remind them that any stained bedding is removed from service. The floor fan you refer to has been replaced.

Hi, we apologise for the delay in our cleaning. Like most holiday apartment buildings, we do not have the full time desk and services you get in an hotel. Yes the salt air does cause a lot of corrosion throughout the Gold Coast.

Hi, thanks. Yes, the opening windows on every side of the apartments are an environmental design feature that allows the sea breezes to flow through. Not even permanent residents install air conditioning because there are so few hot days.
