가격대비 너무 형편없었어요
가격에 비해서 너무 형편없다는 생각이 듭니다. 시설도 너무 않좋았고요. 모텔 수준이랄까? 서비스 아파트 치고는 너무 지저분했고, 가족끼리 갔었는데, 청결상태가 안좋아서... 다시는 안갈듯 합니다. 아래층에 바가 있는데, 호주 젊은 친구들이 많았습니다. 저녁엔 호프바에서 많은 사람들이 있었어요. 100여명 정도.... 좀 시끄럽기도 했는데, 호주 친구들 사귀기엔 좋을듯...

Thanks for your feedback. However as you can probably realise it is not possible to change the furniture on a regular basis. It would not be financially viable for owners to let out their apartments for holiday guests if they had to constantly change items to suit different people

Perfect spot
We loved the ease of the checkin and the pool was awesome. The room was brilliant and we were supplied with all bedding for our seventh person. The balconies were awesome and the air con was just what we needed after lunch.

Property location was very good.I found the key and fob system fustrating sometimes having to go through 3 locked doors to get in, if security is high on your list this is the place for you ! y this is the place for you !

The building is in a very good location close to all the cafes and beach. the unit was a little old, but very tidy and good value for the price.

The apartment had not been properly cleaned for a long time, the floors tiles were filthy and dirty to walk on, the whole unit was in need of a professional clean.

Was not a bad place to stay. The place is a little old but its clean. I was only there for 1 night but overall enjoyed my time.

Nice hotel to stay in if you're an active family.
Not an easy place for disabled people, (example of stairs) but once in the unit you are comfortable. Good easy walking distance to shops and short driving distance to shopping centres and attractions. Overall an attractive unit and lovely pool area. Good for an active family.

clear and friendly instructions allowed for and easy check-in but would rather just have someone there. Just old, loud, and a bit smelly (although the apts are non smoking i cuold still smell smoke in the furniture), bed and pillows uncomfortable. It was clean but didnt seem clean because it was so old. I was freezing at night, thankfully there were extra sheets in the closet/ Would have rathered temperature control. And I'd also rather not have to take out my own garbage. Also dissaponted that there was not free wifi. Overall, would be fine if it was a cheap weekend with friends where we werent spending much time at the resort, but not appropriate for a business traveller.

Hi From your comments it seems you were really looking for a fully staffed and on call accommodation provider. Your comments reflect someone who is looking for a 5 star resort or a hotel such as Versace. All self catering apartments ask guests to remove their own rubbish from the apartment. Wifi is provided from an off site company who do charge for their usage as one would expect. The apartments are clean and tidy and modern while being the latest design. You need to stay in a new complex to get those desires fulfilled but thanks for the comments Tina

Relaxation +++
What an amazing location, situated in an area close to the beach and a small cafe district. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We arrived early and were welcomed to use the pool while they finished our rooms. The staff were very helpful.

Close to beach and night life
Room was dated but had everything we needed. Pool and spa facilities were great and very clean. Location is close to beach and popular night life spots with live music and good restaurants right downstairs. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Das Appartement war nicht frisch gereinigt, Schmutz/Staub auf den Tischen, Schubladen, Geschirr dreckig und in schlechtem Zustand. Der Kleiderschrank war zur Hälfe abgeschlossen, die nutzbare Hälfte gab es nur 1 Brett zur Ablage, unten war der Staubsauger deponiert. Zum abgeschlossenen Teil gab es einen Schlüssel, da mussten wir feststellen, dass der Teil mit Klamotten vollgestopt war und das geht GAR NICHT - mit Küchenutensilien , zB.auch Kaffee also Lebensmittel. Wir haben das mit der Rezeption bessprochen und man sagte uns, die Wohnug (Nr. 4) gehört dem Eigentümer, Wir haben pro Nacht ca 155 Euro bezahlt. Insgesamt für die Leistung völlig überteuert. Es war in 1 Woche keiner in der Anlage zu sehen, um irgendwas sauber zu halten. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, hat auch keinen guten Eindruck gemacht.

What a shame you did not come and complain about matters if you had an issue on arrival. Complaining on checkout is rather silly as nothing can be done to rectify matters at that point in time. The unit you stayed in is very clean and tidy with a modern bathroom. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay in our clean tidy and economical apartments. Nice resort But very noisy
Nice resort but very noisy with outside bar and restaurant playing music until late directly below where we were sleeping. not good if you have kids, or need sleep.

Great location, the rooms were very clean albeit a little dated and in need of a make over. Staff were great and having secure parking was a plus. Definitely stay again.

Nice location, tired property
Great location with poor management. Check in difficult as Reception closes before check in starts. Bathroom ceiling very low, my head almost touched the ceiling in the shower. Manager pretty abrupt and aggressive, don't have expect a good morning.

Stay here one night with my friends, it was clean and neatly. Feel relax and comfortable. We all had great holiday here.

Great location
This was the second time we have stayed at these apartments. We stay here because it is walking distance to Hellenika (our favourite restaurant) and also walking distance to the beach so we can make a weekend out of a special occasion dinner. This time the mattress was so hard that we had a very uncomfortable night. When we mentioned this at reception the following day, we were told to request a different room next time. Hmmm...not sure there will be a next time. Also the room was not particularly clean and the shower was a bit grotty. A bit disappointing, given the price of the room.

Room was terribly hot
Stayed in a one bedroom unit and could not sleep due to the heat of the room, the air conditioning didn't even reach the room and it was stifling hot.

Great location
All good except bedroom carpet was really dusty, visible in corners. Woke up very blocked up every morning from the dusty carpets. Nothing a good vacuum wouldn't fix.

Good value for self contained room
Great overall. Room with kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Nice swimming pool. The only downside was the air conditioning did not cool the bedrooms much. But good value for money.

Great location. Great atmosphere.
Everything was lovely and clean. Great value for money. There was everything you'd need for a family. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked lovely. The restaurant downstairs was buzzing. Must be good. I want to go back to try out the pool and restaurant. Great value for money.

Staying at the Santorini was just perfect.
The apartment we stayed in was presented in a very neat and clean. I felt right at home. I love to cook my own meals so it was great to be able to do this and to have all utensils available.

Great value for money
Great value for money! Not the most modern hotel I've been to but very clean and spacious. We had the aircon, a TV and an ensuite in the master bedroom which was great! Nice pool too!

Good family option
We have stayed here twice and like the location (good cafes and restaurants) and the pool. The apartments are roomy and have everything you need. The complex is getting tired and is probably due a makeover despite being well maintained although this didn't really detract from our experience. This time our apartment was located on the Gold Coast highway side - the bedrooms got afternoon sun which made them very hot and even with the fans on it was hard to cool them down. Sleeping with the doors open was a bit noisy.

Short but sweet
I only stayed for one night as was on the GC for a business meeting and just needed a bed for the night. The 1 bedroom I stayed in was very reasonably priced so I my expectations were not very high when I booked on Wotif. I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was a good size and nice and clean. Very handy to shops and transport and restaurants. Close to the beach as well however this trip didn't allow timing for the beach. I was pleasantly surprised at the pool and spa and barbecue facilities also. I would certainly go back and next time will pack boardshorts and a beach towel.

No customer service
We arrived at 2:00pm on Saturday to find the gate locked. Someone from inside the complex let us in as reception shuts at 12:00pm on a Saturday. We found an after hours number and the lady wasn't very friendly. We retrieved our keys from the lockbox. Our room was average, nothing to write home about and there was a questionable smell in the corridor. It was OK all round but I think they need to work on a more personal experience for customers.
