We booked the hotel becos of the spa, but the condition is not very good and hence we haven’t used it for the 5 days 4 nights that we stayed. The toilet was broken in our first room, water kept running in the tank which created a lot of noise and my girl can’t sleep well becos of it. Mario was very helpful to switch off the main water switch and let us change to another room. The second room is even more dated than the first one despite it has some sort of ocean view. Overall speaking, the hotel is dated, some stains on pillow case, the chairs at balcony are disgusting. But I have to say Mario is very helpful and friendly. The location is ok, as the hotel is within walking distance to light rail station and bus station for going to sea world. The pool was ok.

Lovely clean apartment with only a very few minor areas needing more attention. Comfortable bed and I'm a bed snob, pillows basic though. Great to have a spa bath. Would have appreciated an extra set of towels seeing as we stayed 6 days and wanted to use pool as well. Felt like we were constantly drying them whereas an extra set would give the opportunity to hang up wet ones to dry on balcony naturally. Great pool spa area. Overall very safe and comfortable and would recommend. Thanks

Good position, close to beach and sea front paths. Tram stop about a 5 minute walk and trams run every 7 or 8 minutes. The stop is about half way between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. The Apartment has a seaview and well equipped, unfortunately for us the washing machine in the room was broken, the door would not open, this was reported twice, but not fixed throughout our stay, the engineer did apparently come in but no update was given to us and no offer was made to use any other facility!!! this was a real downside to this property... The room itself was looking a bit tired, the paintwork would benefit by a little freshening up.

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Overall the room was very comfortable however the bed probably needs updating as it wasn’t in great condition. Also no dishwasher. Otherwise everything else was acceptable. Would stay there again

I arrived after a heavy downpour which left me saturated. Upon checkin, the lovely young lady helped me with a towel to help dry myself off and gave me an umbrella for the rest of my day. Please give her a payrise. Checkin was so easy (just the way it should be). The room was lovely and the location perfect. I felt very safe and the rooms were quiet too.

Highly recommend!!! Stayed here for our honeymoon and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, spacious, comfy bed, strong pressure shower and spa bath. Very friendly staff, we really enjoyed our time staying here. Thank you 😊

Great place to explore Surfers Paradise from. Close to the beach, walkable to restaurants and bars, and pool/spa area was also nice. Property was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money. Stayed in an ocean view room. Walking distance to Surfers or Broadbeach or handy to tram stop if you prefer. Nice pool.

We had a great time and the Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly, however if you enjoy the sunshine and request as we did an ocean view, then you may have to look for somewhere that is not directly behind 3 huge Towers which block all the morning sun out. Beach front next time for us...

Great customer service from Mario at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent heated pool and spa and tennis court. Bed - very comfy! Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Ok value for money. Good location for quiet chilled area. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Rooms were a little dated. Didn’t quite like the shower lay out, made the floor very wet.

I stayed here with my partner for the weekend, we drove up from NSW, not knowing what to expect. When we got to the apartment building we were greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcomed. We got to our room; my hubby loved the spa bath in the room, overall the cleanliness of the room, the whole apartment building is clean, the pool and spa outside was clean and heated. We will definitely stay here again.

1ヶ月程度利用しましたが、とても良い場所です。 詳細は以下の英語にて。 ------------------- Before staying at the hotel, I was planning to change accommodations in the middle of my stay, but I ended up staying for a month without changing. The management is friendly and the rooms are clean. The area is quiet, but not empty, and it is easy to walk around at night. The Tram station is close by and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the center of GC. If you have a car, you can use the underground parking for free. Beverages can be purchased at nearby Coles, but food will require a Tram or car. In my case, I often used Lime, a ride-along bicycle service, which is available nearby.
