Disappointing
Only two good things about this place are the location and the size of the apartment. Very short reception office hours, filthy rooms and equpment, very inconvenient parking and room access.

Overall ok for a budget getaway , close to surfers paradise. However , you are expected to clean out after your stay, throw away rubbish etc. No room service in the 2 days we stayed.

All the equipments are old. The sofa is dark Grey in color and seems dirty. The beds are soft and lack of support.

Very expensive for the conditions, also the pool was empty for resurfacing and there was no notification about this when booking. Will not stay again and dont recommend

Not bad. For price would stay again…
Overall was okay. Covers on second and third bed in room were covered in sand. We dusted them off and got on with it as the reception was closed on arrival. Location is great. Staff is friendly.

Older but homely. Manager was friendly & helpful. Stairs were the main problem as we're in our mid 70's. Fruends at Mantra Circle on Cavil paid less per day than we did.

The property is in a great location - less than a block from the beach and a short walk to Cavill Ave. It is also very close to the tram line. The room itself and general housekeeping needs some attention; paint was peeling from the walls, the bathroom and bedroom flyscreens needs to be replaced as there are holes in them. There was also an ant infestation in the bathroom sink and large stains on the blankets in the wardrobe. We stayed for a week and were not provided with any laundry liquid/powder. The decor of the room seemed like we were given the leftovers from someone's home. A very shabby chaise that gave me hives every time I sat on it, an old couch with a removable cover (I didn't dare remove), ratten and glass kitchen table and coffee table. We also only had 4 teabags and 4 sachets of sugar - these were not replenished during our stay. The person at the reception desk was friendly when we checked in and out. Unfortunately, we will not be back as the price is too high for the poor quality of the room itself. It looks like management is doing the bare minimum when considering their guests' stay. You can find many other options for the same price with better amenities.

Lovely property - the staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities including the BBQ area and the pool were well maintained and clean and tidy. The apartment had plenty of space, and while there was no air con in the bedrooms there were fans and air con in the lounge. Loved it and would definitely stay again. It was close to shops and the beach. I was travelling with teenagers and they loved it too

We loved staying here as it’s convenient to the beach !!! So you don’t need to drive and the girls at reception were extremely helpful… And being an apartment it has plenty of room … Thank you Trickett 🙏🤗👌

For the age the property was in perfect condition, well looked after and well equipped. Management was delightful to deal with. Only sour note was a smoker below.

Location is the best feature. I originally did not get the upgraded aprt I book and paid more for, I was given a run down Budget aprt (no 25) I did complain and initially they said that the aprt I got was an upgraded aprt, which I was not happy about as the unit did not match the images on the website. After some time, they advised I could move to another aprt which I did after viewing as this was the grade of aprt I had booked and paid for (no 32). The new aprt matched the images on the website I booked from. After resettling, I was quite happy, with a nice view of the beach at the end of the street. Kitchen and bathroom were both renovated and the bed was of a better quality. No air-conditioning or overhead fan in the bedroom but Aprt 32 did have a stand fan (unit 25 did not). No Dishwasher and the bottle of hand dishwashing liquid was empty on arrive, so take your own. Also no laundry detergent for the clothes washer. These should have a basic supply on arrival.

Great little gem
Fabulous little block that was nice and quiet and still super close to everything. Easy walk everywhere. Security garage was a bonus with ample parking. Lovely and ever so helpful management.

Although a little dated, it was in a great location and was comfortable and had great hot water supply for shower. Laundry was an added bonus.

Where to start. Not communicated that check in closed at 3pm. Like what, it's holiday season. When we arrived the room was by far from clean. All of the cutlery, pots and pans were dirty. There was a vety nasty wet smell in the room as well, so we could't unpack our luggage. Very very loud, like so much noise from all the slamming doors. Beds were uncomfortable. Small tv and sofa was like falling apart by the look of it.
