We take all comments and suggestions on board. Apartments are all individually owned and decore varies . Price is determined by length of stay, apartment choice & season (you have booked during high/peak season) in a most sought after beach location. Price is in market range during this period.

Delighted you enjoyed your stay at Wyuna. Out location & sizable units great value for money. Complimentary WI-FI was provided with your check in paperwork. In reference to the lift perhaps you can direct your ill informed opinions to OTIS Lift Company who Should have repaired the lift Friday morning and failed to do so. Communication is always the key. Our office window does provide an after hours number (re WIFI query). Our REPEAT GUESTS you are referring too... well I wont them them you said they were in their 80's

I do take that comment personally and find that quite upsetting. One night stay in an apartment on the Esplanade in Burleigh Heads - ocean views, accommodates up to 4 persons what price do you expect to pay. This is probable the reason other accommodation providers do not accept one one reservations - perhaps motel accommodation with no ocean views on a highway is the price point you are reffering to.

Hi Jeff thank you for taking the time to advise others about our great location, spacious and well maitained apartments and grounds ( draw handle has now been fixed!) Beach location during high season is always busy so the underground park park takes the hassel away. No car no worries public transport is close handy. Our outdoor pool area being less than 12 months old certainly completes our complex. As resident managers we take absolute delight in seeing our guests enjoying our comfy sun lounges and splashing about in the pool. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay.

As you do have young children it was not an issue. The majority DO HAVE SAFETY SCREENS and whilst this in not a legal requirement I would perhaps suggest contacting accommodation providers regarding suitability/ requirements prior to making any reservation. When searching for accommodation is would have been made apparent that Wyuna is well priced in the market place and provides 2 & 3 bedroom apartments that surpass our official 3.5 star rating

WE are always looking to improve. This apartment has now been refurbished Brand new kitchen which includes dishwasher, bathroom upgrade and a new queen bed. We are actually pleased to hear guests enjoying our outdoor heated pool facilities. Wyuna Beachfront Apartments continues to exceed our official 3.5 star rating.
