Convenient Apartments, perfect for a weekend Stay
Booked two studios for us and friends on a catch up weekend. Apartments were clean, access easy and communication from management freindly. Beds comfy and rooms clean. Pub 'Seymours' on the corner just up from apartments was about as far as we ventured after a lakeside concert, for a late dinner, and then again for breakfast. City centre a short stroll away. Would definately stay again without hesitation.

A great place to stay.
Close to the railway station and cbd. Quiet, safe, homely. We had noisy guests on the first night and that was painful but they left by the second night and we had a great sleep in beautiful surroundings. Will stay in the apartments whenever we need to be in Ballarat.

Comfortable Hideaway.
Comfortable little room upstairs. Was a very enjoyable time with a wonderful spa bath. The layout of the room was well thought out.

Central and convenient
Great location withing walking distance to the Ballarat Art Gallery and the centre of town. Train and buses very close so it is easy to get around without a car.

Nice place to stay, close to train station.
Comfortable place to stay. We arrived by train, and it was a short walk to accomodation. Very convenient.

Lydiard Street apartment
Great studio apartment very convenient to the town so can walk to the galleries and shops. Close to the station but a quiet area. There's a car park as well and the spa bath was a bonus. We enjoyed our two day stay.

Central to tourist spots - comfy and clean
Everything for a short stay is there kitchenette, dining table abd chairs, bathroom , tv, clean bed, no wifi though.

The Hidden Jewel In Ballarat's Crown
We were thrilled with this beautiful suite. There was ample room and facilities to boot. The cleanliness was outstanding. The spa was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has the facilities to cook a roast. We will be back and recommend this accommodation to everyone. The closeness to the hub of Ballarat was wonderful. We parked and walked everywhere. Thank you

Elegance from yesteryear - but modern
Delightful old building, elegantly refurbished. Loved the bathroom, but would love to see the kitchen stove modernised. Parking was a bit challenging, but doable from the street. No on-site staff, but gentleman who answered our phone call was professional and helpful. I'd consider staying there if I return to Ballarat.

Nice hotel close to city centre
Lovely to have a spa bath in the room. Even though I was in a room facing the main road the traffic noise was a minimum. I could however hear the neighbours a lot upstairs including each foot step which was annoying for a few hours in the evening. Great location though, 5 min walk to cbd.

Unassuming! Don't tell a book by its cover!
We booked in for one night. But we could have stayed several nights - it is an old revamped building that was pleasant to stay at. It had all that we needed and was comfortable. And the shower is great too! (We like a proper shower when we travel!).

Centrally located
We booked in here because we wanted something reasonably priced and within walking distance of the railway station, the Art Gallery and the CBD. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again if we were visiting Ballarat. Thanks.

comfortable, very clean, neat & affordable apmt.
We were looking for accommodation in Ballarat that did not 'break the bank'. Unfortunately when accommodation is reasonably priced, compromises usually have to be made on comfort, cleanliness etc. But not so with 'Ballarat Serviced Apartments'. We were pleasantly surprised. It was compact, comfortable, extremely clean, with a small kitchen and close to the city centre. Even the correct time displayed on the radio (no big deal, but has never happened in our previous travels) and all facilities in excellent working condition.

Very disappointed with management
After not being given a security code to enter the foyer of the building and trying to contact the management for 3 hours to receive this code, I was stuck outside the building inthe cold to which management replied at 10pm saying sorry I got distracted the code is*#*#

Like a B&B!
Quaint, charming come to mind and yet a pleasant surprise to have a spa in the bathroom. No staff to meet and greet but their keyless entry to building is a great idea.

Close to the city
Nice room in a quiet residential area, just one block form the cbd and close to the train and bus terminal. Safe off street parking Immaculate condition, really clean. Good mattress and good quality bedding provided, with some handy brochures for travellers and DVDs and books to borrow in the lobby. Spa bath well maintained and worked well Standard room smaller than the images imply and no plates etc in the standard room, so please make sure it's right for you before booking. Only way of communicating on arrival is mobile phone, so make sure you bring one. Once inside the building, a courtesy phone is provided.

Room was cost efficient spotlessly clean, comfortable with a good heater for the cool of night. Suited us very well and the spa was very nice too. It totally suited us and we enjoyed our break

Very lovely evening and comfortable sleep!
We arrived late; but it had been easy to make arrangements for a late arrival. The manager was very helpful and succinct in his directions. When we arrived, we were hungry and it was too late to go out, so we were pleased to find a package of two cookies to share. The room had nicer "extras" than any place we have stayed in for a long, long time....shampoo, conditioner, soaps and as I stated, the cookies. The only drawback was we didn't know how to turn on the heater; but we crawled in bed and were soon warm. Bedding was very clean and comfortable.
