We were disappointed to learn on checkout, rather than on booking and again at check-in, that a $150 security deposit is not expected to returned to our account for up to 15 days. This would’ve changed our budget forward planning.
We were also given a $5 voucher each day for declining room service, on checkout we were unable to use this to purchase a coffee each as both the ‘coffee shop’ and bar were closed. I’m told coffees are $5.50 anyway..
A disappointing end to what had been a great stay.
