The ease and friendliness checked in. Justina patiently helped me to get the right rooms. She makes sure the connecting door is open for us. The pool is excellent for the family, boy have so much fun. And the breakfast is awesome. Thank you for the pleasant stay and all the lovely staff.

Perfect location for my family. The indoor pool was great as well as the bbq area and bistro will definitely stay again.

The staff at reception were super friendly and welcoming! The room was also quite large, which was lovely. The pool was also central, a great idea.

Nice big rooms with parking out the front. Lots of room standards to choose from. Good option for family gatherings with some larger multi bedroom options for large families. Great pool and BBQ area and kids play rooms. Staff were good but a couple good be just a tad more outgoing and welcoming.

Great place to stay, excellent meals and choices in the bistro, the pool and BBQ areas were perfect to keep the kids entertained.

The staff were lovely, the room was spacious and the meals were delicious and dinner was so quick! Nice big pool area and a great undercover outdoor BBQ and camp kitchen area watching over the pool area - great idea when your staying with a group. All over a lovely setup

Extremely disappointed. Still waiting for my security deposit after checking out 14 days ago. Reception staff stated it was the banks who determine when refunds are made which was just a red herring. Never again will I book here

We were disappointed to learn on checkout, rather than on booking and again at check-in, that a $150 security deposit is not expected to returned to our account for up to 15 days. This would’ve changed our budget forward planning. We were also given a $5 voucher each day for declining room service, on checkout we were unable to use this to purchase a coffee each as both the ‘coffee shop’ and bar were closed. I’m told coffees are $5.50 anyway.. A disappointing end to what had been a great stay.

Amazing room and price, easy check in. Pool and spa were fantastic kids loved it! meals were crap otherwise would have being a 10/10, then you could stay in the one place and relax.

Great place to unwind!
Excellent service. No request was too much. Great value drinks and food. Lovely spa room with large spa and balcony. Close tp everything you need. Will return!

Quiet comfortable room, we had a function at the conservatory & was only a short walk. Sports bar & bistro also onsite made for a great weekend.

Staff at Reception are very friendly and responsive. We stayed one last Saturday, my wife forgot and left some clothes in the hotel room when checkout, which were posted to our home soon by the responsible staff. Thank you for your excellent service!!
