Very good and helpful staff! Remember us the free activity we don't aware and give us take away box when we have no time to join the activity! Highly recommended!

We just wanted a relaxing stay with hotel activities. The fairway rooms were large enough, so we felt comfortable. The swimming pool was well heated; even though the outside temperature was 8°C, we could swim early in the morning around 7:30, which was good for mid-April. There was a reasonably sized gaming room and a jacuzzi near the swimming pool. Also, in-room bathtub was available. We had plenty to do during the stay and enjoyed it

The resort had everything we wanted for a beautiful stay. The view was beautiful. The room was so clean. The restaurant was fabulous with great staff. We loved our two night stay.

Property has a beautiful golf course view, spacious rooms, lots of amenities. Jacuzzi didn’t have warm water, swimming pool is slightly smaller. Bedroom walls are thin, could hear our neighbours next room who had kids & noisy so couldn’t sleep well in the night & early morning. It felt like jail where we could not speak in normal voice as it would disturb the neighbours. There was no room service & room wasn’t cleaned the next day (they expect us to get it done when they have time to do room service around 8:30 am). I came here to relax in a resort & not to follow some routine.

Excellent hotel. Large modern room with extra large bathroom with bath and spa. Good views of the golf course unfortunately the trees stop it from being a better view. Great facilities with restaurant, bar, Gym and pool. Service was very good.

Was only staying the one night. I’d recommend you bring your own pillow . Bed a bit hard for me but otherwise a lovely place to stay

The resort is a little isolated but the restaurant provides delicious meals if you aren’t inclined to drive at night. We had booked a resort view room which unfortunately had an interconnecting door to another room. This provided us no protection from noise (bathroom/toilet/TV) Coming from the other room. This was quickly rectified by moving to another room.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Unless you are a Golfer :) Everything was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was very good. Food/Bar facilities within the resort was great.

The room size was good for the fairway view room. The beds were comfortable but I found the pillows uncomfortable. The amenities were a bit scarce for 4 people and the balcony appeared to be great but unfortunately it had stains on the door and the outside area hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The playground was great and the pool was good except for the families that brought a large number of guests in, so we couldn’t use the pool on the hottest of days. The movies being put on for the children were great but it would have been nice if they had been put on an earlier time for children. Meal wise, we enjoyed the breakfast and the dinners at the bar on level 1. It was a bit annoying that we had to pay for a full priced adult burger for our children as there was no children’s option. When we asked at reception if they had a children’s menu they told us that the bar there did, but sadly it did not until two days later. The facilities outside weren’t available after 5pm and had to go through the golf shop which we were unaware of. The communication could have been better overall and the staff member at reception was particularly rude on check out. It didn’t have the same feel as other racv resorts unfortunately.

Very happy to have a person checking both check in for Covid and immunisation status. Disappointed that there was no room service. Understand why with Covid this is the case, but suggest you change the website to reflect this. Very friendly staff
