Lovely quiet, secluded spot. Very much enjoyed our time listening to the native birds. Dogs loved to frolic in the open space.

Property was convenient to the springs and a short drive to Daylesford . Older style unit but spacious and comfortable and dog friendly!

A quiet and comfortable place for a family holiday with my dog. Would be perfect if the pergola could be enclosed by a small gate at the stairs to stop the dog to get out.

We didn't like arriving at 2:00pm for check in to find the cottage had not been cleaned. Wi Fi was poor and at night it was useless. Air con and wood fire made it very warm and cosy. There was adequate facilities to get us by with cooking and washing clothes.

The property was presented well , clean bedding and towels , top quality mattress , Large flat screen TV , some of the free to air channels had intermittent interference , But it has NETFLIX .

The setting is lovely and basic amenities OK and would be enhanced by a couple of things like a coffee plunger, more places to hang damp towels, a place to put recycling, a double adaptor on the bench so the toaster, kettle and microwave can all be plugged in together.

Wonderful 2 bedroom cottage
The accomodation was more than we expected with a fireplace and spa. The kingsize bed was comfortable. Close to Daylesford for shopping and dining. The kitchen chairs could have done with an upggrade as they were peeling, but other than that was a great stay.

The cottage was warm and had everything you could need in a getaway. Between the views and the fire place, the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had the spa in my cottage, it was very clean and well maintained. The cottage was close to the spas and walking tracks do it was exactly what I was looking for. The internet isn’t great but I didn’t go to Hepburn for wifi so it really didn’t bother me, but if that is important to you grab a portable modem. Overall I was very happy and will definitely be trying to get back soon.

The cottages are great. The issue was no fans and flyscreens in bedrooms. The windows did not have flyscreens. Being very hot days we would have liked to open the windows. But too many insects were coming in. So could not open windows in bedeooms. Could not sleep being hot summer night. No fans in bedrooms.

Relaxing get away
The cottage was perfect for an early spring get away. There was an unexpected welcome gift and the instructions for contactless checkin and check out were clear. The location is perfect for a get away from this year very relaxing.

This is a beautiful little cottage that is close to the springs and many walking tracks. Walk into town for coffee in the morning and just a short drive to Daylesford for more shopping, art galleries and restaurants. Always clean and comfortable beds. Enough crockery in the kitchen to eat it breakfast and dinner in by the fire. Price is very reasonable. We will return.

Checking was not good, no key information so had ro ring and turned out an email had been sent that morning while we were flying ! Cottage was basic and lacking in china and glasses but the linen and towels were good and it was warm- great fire.

The accommodation was a last minute booking. Prior to arrival, there was excellent information that had been provided in obtaining the key, the operation of the split system and wood fire. The cottage was very clean and smart. However, the best aspect of the cottage was the beautiful view of the Australian bush, the quietness and the close proximity to Peppers and Hepburn Spa.
