The receptionist was very rude. We drove for 8 hours beforeI we walked in. Upon entering to the reception I said hello to her she didn’t respond. I asked if I could use the restroom before checking in. She said,” I don’t have a public restroom, you have to wait until you go to your room”. Then I gave her my last name and booking number and informed her that I booked two rooms. She said, “No, I only have one room.” I tried to showed her the email confirmation but she didn’t wanted to see it. She said,” I don’t want to see it, do whatever you want to do because there’s nothing I can do.” She didn’t try or advise anything to resolve the problem. I called Hotels.com customer service phone number hoping to speak to someone to resolve the problem. It was Sunday and for some reason it was taking long. In the meantime my youngest daughter wanted to use the restroom. I asked permission again since it was taking long. Again she said no. So at that point I left the hotel to a gas station to use the restroom. When I came back, she found the other room under my booking.
After I checked in I went to my rooms and found out that bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty, carpet was really dirty, bathtub had a hole in it. Worst than this, middle of the night I wake up because a centipede was crawling on my alarm. There were flies and cockroaches in the rooms.
I Wonder how this hotel has a license to operate business. I advise no one should go near this hotel.
