We really only slept as we got in really late and took off right when we woke up. The beds were harder then i like but it was clean, easy to find a larger room. We had 2 queens and a pull our bed so that was super nice as well

Our booked room’s bedding was not changed. It had hairs on the inside sheets. The tub also had hairs inside it. We asked for a new room and when we got to the new room we checked in the beds right away. The 2nd rooms beds were dirty. Bedding was not changed. Hairs all over both queen beds. The front desk woman Diane said “I only saw 2 hairs”. As if that is acceptable in anyway. She was rude, not helpful, and told us to go elsewhere since we were not happy. We didn’t even stay here. We left at 9:30pm and drove 30 minutes away to another hotel. My 3 year old child was not pleased and I was super disappointed. What a horrible hotel.

Comfort Suites Gothenburg was quiet, clean and overall enjoyable. After riding in the car for 9 hours, it was great to take a hot shower and comfortable bed.

Faculty undergoing massive remodel so it was a little messy. I’m sure it will be very nice when finished. My room had not yet been redone but was just fine anyway.

This used to be a great place to stay, but the building has not been maintained. I would suggest a corporate representative do a complete inspection of the property (I was in (room 101) I would not blame the staff, I think it is a case of corp. level people not supporting the staff and facility

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast could have a few more options. Check in took awhile since the clerk didn't appear to know what she was doing.

Not ready for business?
The hotels is new/refurbished. The location is awful. There is traffic noise. Not much available in the area and it’s not pleasant. The owners can’t do much about the location, but they could do better, e.g. the pillows are very small. The power outlets in the room are few and not conveniently placed. Breakfast was poor - no bread (except biscuits and muffins), mainly sugary cereals. and no fruit. Pool closed. Permanently?

Great staff
They were super accommodating, and although they were under construction to make their hotel rooms even better, they found a great room for us at the right price. Thank you to the management and staff, we will be returning for sure.

Stop over on long trip
Great place for a stop over. Very friendly front desk staff and a great breakfast. Pet friendly and clean rooms. Just off interstate for convenience.

Nope won't stay again.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel needs cleaning, carpets in elevator disgusting, ice machines not working & the carpet in our suite was filthy. Breakfast was cold. Not a great stay this time.

Lodging is very limited in Gothenburg. I have stayed at the Comfort Inn several times on golf trips. Convenient to to the golf course and travel needs. This property could use some updating and overall maintenance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Truck noise from I-80 is very noticeable in the rooms.

The hotel staff was amazing! They were friendly and welcoming! They chatted with us about the area and things going on and made us feel at home and we cannot wait to go back next year. The only bummer was the pool was closed and we were told over the phone there was no pool when the website says pool and spa.

Our room was covered in dog hair, a big yellow ore stain on the pull out bed mattress, the trash from the last visitors wasn’t even taken out and the bathrooms had mold all over the walls. We made them aware of the situation but no refund or discount was offered unless we left. We have photos of everything, very gross hotel.

Quality Inn & Suites in Gothenburg NE Our 3rd Quality Inn stay during our 10 day trip. Tesla Superchargers across parking lot - fantastic!!! Overall: hotel looked newer, spacious, clean, appeared to be the best Quality Inn of our trip - by the time we left, we thought it was the worst. Our room was handicapped accessible- which is fine. I noticed a plunger next to the toilet and thought that strange - never had seen one in a hotel room before. Negatives: 1. TV didn’t work- found out the next morning it was unplugged? Why? 2. Toilet flushes inadequately with liquids, tried plunging - didn’t help! Had an accident racing down the hall to the public bathroom!!! 3. Informed front desk of toilet problem and having to run down the hall for bathroom use. Response was, I’ll let maintenance know…. Not, I’m sorry, let’s make other arrangements so you can have a toilet to use - nothing! 4. Having breakfast - no forks, saw other patrons asking for waffle making supplies. 5. Used public toilet, down the hall, toilet paper was in some contraption that I could get it out. 6. No shampoo in bathroom (like typical samples you get everywhere) but it had conditioner! Obviously, lack of managements attention to details!
