Absolument nul mais très bon marché
Lit inconfortable et bruyant, même pas une petite étagère pour poser un livre, pas d'eau chaude pour se doucher dès 19 h, vidange de douche bouchée, serviette payante, extinction des lumières très tôt, terrasse fermée le soir, petit déjeuner très pauvre avec margarine, table de cuisson utilisable seulement à certaines heures, utilisation lave linge payant, personnel bénévole incompétent et une permanente peu aimable qui m'a donné de fausses informations sur le numéro du bus avant mon arrivée, etc...

Je suis une personne de 50 ans qui voyage solo et j'ai beaucoup apprécie mon séjour dans cette auberge. Je remercie Isabel et le reste du personnel pour leur disponibilité. L'ambiance y est familiale avec des personnes de tout âge et de toute nationalité qui y séjournent. On y respect le repos de la nuit ce qui m'a plu. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner du matin appréciable. Je recommande.

大聖堂や大学の近くで、また外食店やブランドショップも豊富なテアトロのエリアも遠くないため、徒歩で文化的探索や買物、食べ歩きに出かけるのが楽チンです。hyperdinoも歩いていけます。早めの予約で安く泊まれてラッキーでした。 スタッフは時間帯によりインターンかバイトな感じの人だったり経営者さん的な雰囲気の人だったりですが、皆とてもフレンドリーな雰囲気で実際的に親切でした。一応簡単な英語でOKです。施設内は客層も含めて静かで清潔。なぜか仏像もある屋上でギターとか弾いてる人いてピースな雰囲気でしたが夜は屋上も閉めるので、問題無く眠れます。ソーラーパネルが沢山有りエコーで地球にも財布にもココロとカラダにも優しい宿。

Nice place.
Nice place to stay, friendly staff. Close to old towm and bus station. Easy to find and go from there to other places.

A hostal like home
Isabel and her staff will make everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.. I was here for Chritsmas and Isabelle, theowner, brought her family and friends to the hostal to make a party, so guest wul be not along and experience the holiday the Canaria way. This shows how much Isabel care for her guest wich treat them as a friend and family

En el corazón de Vegueta
Un hostal fenomenal por su situación, en el barrio de Vegueta, por la limpieza y sobre todo por el trato dispensado. Cualquier problema es resuelto de inmediato. Cocina común y te ofrecen desayuno por lo que tienes todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de la estancia.

Excelente hostal con una ubicación increible
El hostal se encuentra muy bien cuidado, súper limpio y cómodo. El trato es inigualable, Isabel hace que te sientas como en casa, siempre atenta. El desayuno es es un gran gesto, te deja listo para salir!

Hyggeligt hostel i hyggeligt kvarter i las palmas
Jeg havde et rigtig hyggeligt ophold, personalet er meget venlige og kender øen godt. Hostelet har et par opholdsrum i stueplan, og en tagterrase.

Wunderbares Hostel! Danke für alles!
Sehr schönes kleines Hostel mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, super nette Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Mitarbeiterteam, interessante Gäste, gepflegte Zimmer, sogar umsonst ein kleines Frühstück, wunderbare Dachterrasse, gemütliche Aufenthaltsräume. Alles noch besser als auf der Website beschrieben. Meine Tochter und ich kommen wieder!!!

Enjoy the Old Town in a Home away from Home
I had such a wonderful stay at Ecohostel Canarias Bettmar. Isabel was able to pick me up at the airport, as there are no late night public shuttles from the airport, and she was so kind and welcoming when I met her. Throughout my stay she was always happy to see me and cared about how I was doing, making the hostel feel more like a home away from home. Staying in the Old Town was so beautiful and walking around to see the area is very easy. I especially loved my private bunk curtains, outlets, nightlight and sizeable drawer locker. I would definitely recommend staying to my friends and family.

amazingly clean&comfortable
enjoyed walking to the nearby open air sunday morning market. walked to grand canarias souvenir shop. walked to the high street brand shops. walkecd to Dino, a supermarket. went to a big beach area by cheap local bus aka guagua. also enjoyed self cooking, nice hot shower, and above all, very friendly staff.

Building a community
This is an eco friendly Hostal where consciousness about recycling, moderate use of water and electricity is controlled by sensors in showers, lights, solar water heater, and conversations about environment are shared with guess. The Hostal is in an historical house where you can see the original walls which were made with sea sand and shell, as most of the houses in the area. Rooms are very spacious and each guess has a big drawer where a carry on luggage fit well, and they even provide you a lock. Each bed has 2 electrical outlet, a readying light, small fan, bedding, towel, blanket. The bathrooms are well kept and clean. Isabelle, the co-owner and manager, as well as the employees which most of them are volunteer create a friendly and communal environment where you feel part of a big family. IsaBelle is really a nice person, with a good energy and a passion to share and help others, she enjoys to integrate guess in conversations or providing you with tourism information. As former journalist, she is well spoken. I was impressed when I saw a lady in a wheelchair as a guess and who management when out of their way to make this lady stay memorable. The Hostal is a 10 minutes walk from the big supermarket Super Dino, but there are small stores near by, from theatres, shooping, restaurants,and 15 minutes from San Telmo bus station. The area is very safe. I stayed in this Hostal 13 days and this has been one of the best Hostal. Thank you for building a community. Congratulatio
