Nice hotel, large balcony, big swimming pool, friendly staff. But I won’t give this hotel 4 star! Maximum 3! Bed wasn’t comfortable at all, no shampoo or shower gel, only hand soap. no cleaner on Sundays, everything looks so old and dated need a good repairs and refurbishing. Not a big choice of food for dinner, breakfast was ok. Beach got rocks no good for swimming had to take a taxi for the nice sandy beaches. Nothing round the hotel, couple shops and cafes. Good place for retired people definitely not for young.

Huonojalkaiselle ei hyvä. Kauppakeskus taksimatkan päässä. Isot torakat ikävä yllätys. Kun yövyimme Kanarian muissa paikoissa, oli hotellin lähiympäristössä aina lähipalveluita. Sinänsä hotellimme on hyvä paikka nuorille ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palveluhenkisiä.

Hotelli oli vanhahko, huone vanha, huone oli likainen, sohvan välissä vanhoja wc papereita, keittiön kaapit roikkuivat pois paikaltaan, pesukone oli ruosteessa sisältä, aula palvelu oli huonoa ja epäammattimaista. Sijainti oli huono mäenpäällä ja palveluita ei juuri lähellä ollut. Vähän hissejä sekä hotrlli sokkeloinen. Hyvää oli, että huone oli suuri, hyvin äänieristetyt huoneet, hyvä uima-allas, hotellilla pieni kauppa ja välttävä kuntosali.

Malheureusement notre séjour s'est terminé sur un vol de bijoux dans notre chambre la vieille de notre départ. Nous avons constaté le vol en rentrant du restaurant nous sommes allés porter plainte et sommes rentrés à l'hôtel. Ils ont fait une copie de la plainte et depuis rien, silence ils se moquent de nous donc plus de bijoux et le personnel est d'une médiocrité je parle surtout du ou des responsables de cet hôtel ! surtout fuyez cet hôtel ou partez sans rien dans vos bagages

Not 4 star nor ‘upmarket’ as described!
The apartment in itself was ok but did not have a ceiling fan in the living area and the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t very efficient. However, when we asked for a fan, it was immediately delivered to our room. The reception team was outstanding and made every effort to make things right: our shower wasn’t draining properly and the maintenance team sorted the problem very quickly. Although it looked inviting from afar, we did not use the pool as it had so many missing tiles and green ‘mildew’ on the water line. I understand that this is currently being addressed. The pool bar staff were very pleasant and friendly and the grounds around the area were well maintained. The cleaning team provided excellent service. The staff work very hard and must feel quite frustrated when they receive negative feedback about the general state of the hotel: it’s not their fault! The whole place needs a tremendous amount of money spent on it so that’s it lives up to its full potential, because it could be absolutely stunning!

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Pool fehlen ein paar Fliesen und auch bei der Kinderrutsche fehlen sie. Unser Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon war defekt, was uns nicht störte. Die Spülmschine war undicht. Die Betten waren recht weich. Das Personal war meist sehr freundlich. Insgesamt war es ok, aber für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet.

Det var helt okej men det skulle finnas lite mer information om hur man tar sig runt lättast på ön, tex så var det jätte smidigt att ta bussen till Maspalomas och Playa de Ingles men vi fick ta reda på sånt själva hur man lättast tog sig dit.

Great stay and very enjoyable. Only used the restaurant once as all the food was cold. Saying that we enjoyed everything else and the place was lovely and the staff were fantastic and I would go back again.

Gammelt og slitt. Mugg i dusjen og lukta vondt i leilighet og på bad. Sengene var forferdelige, følte en låg på fjæringene med kun eitlaken over seg. Hyggelig personale og ok uteområde/basseng . Vi reiste etter kun 1 natt.

Großzügige Hotelanlage mit einigen Schwächen
Positiv: Zimmer sehr geräumig, sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Palmen, großem Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, geräumiger Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, kleiner Geschirrspüler, geräumiges Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, zahlreiche deutsche Fernsehsender. Negativ: Lage neben einem Flugplatz für Privatflugzeuge, am Sonntag dort lautes Autorennen, große Terrrasse, aber nur mit billigen Plastikmöbeln, ein Sonnenschirm fehlte, Wohnung hat wohl mal unter Wasser gestanden, Türrahmen waren unten extrem aufgequollen, Renovierung wäre angebracht, Wohnzimmer spärlich möbliert und Sofa durchgesessen, als Schlafsofa unbrauchbar, 4 Stühle vorhanden aber sehr hart, es fehlten Kissen, dazu ein total speckiger Kunstledersessel (ekelig), Bad nur spärlich beleuchtet, Dusche im Halbdunklen und Schimmelstellen an den Dichtungen, besonders in der Dusche, alle Pools, sogar der Whirlpool (!) unbeheizt. Verpflegung: Frühstück eher dürftig, kein Rührei, kaum Aufschnitt, lauwarme Speisen, unsaubere Gläser Abendessen mal mäßig, mal sehr gut

Sängarna var nog det sämsta vi upplevt någonsin, helt bedrövligt. Iskallt vatten i poolen var en besvikelse, nästan ingen kunde bada där. Problem med att låsa rummet, bad att dom skull fixa det 3 gånger men problemet kvarstod, ibland var det låst och ibland inte när vi kom tillbaka till rummet. Städningen fungerade väldigt bra, och rummet/lägenheten var välutrustad. Underhållning på hotellet var helt obefintlig tyvärr, tråkigt.
