Très bien pour dormir si on a une voiture.
Auberge très propre et calme, grande chambre confortable avec vue sur mer. L'environnement n'est pas exceptionnel et peut être problématique en absence de moyen de locomotion. Pas de petits déjeuners proposés dans l'auberge. Situation assez central dans l'ile mais il faut une voiture.

The cleaningness of the bedrooms and bedding. The staff was ever so friendly. It's so quiet there in low season. I fall asleep listening to the waves every night. The swimming pool is amazing. Kitchen facilities that you can't fault.

Good place with windsurfing shops nearby
The common areas are extremely spacious and sparkling. The rooms can be a bit tight because of the number of beds they try to fit in there (5 bunks). I received great service, although the ladies at the desk did not really have any suggestions on food for the nearby area. However, my only roommate who was a Hungarian lady complained to me about their service (she had a last minute dilemma), so I'm not sure whether to trust her stories. The 4 euros for linens is ok; they are clean and so is the room. All the facilities are pretty much in excellent shape, but just don't expect to book windsurfing here despite the name; they don't do that here, or at least not anymore. The location is somewhat remote; it's in a town off the highway but getting to the hostel will take some work or walk if you did not rent a car (if you did, plenty of parking space no worries--I even practiced/learned how to drive manual here! on my own) but you trade that for the peace, quiet, and seaside. Wifi is pretty good! All in all, even though you can surely find hostels cheaper in the main city Las Palmas, I think this is a recommendable place for travelers like me who enjoy the countryside and tranquility.

Superbe auberge de jeunesse. Parfait pour de départ pour visiter toute l’ile et sortir à Maspalomas le soir, piscine superbe, personnel charmant, et surtout propreté impeccable!!

Grandes chambres avec vue panorama mer , calme , cuisine moderne équipée et adaptée , machines a cafe et boissons, microondes, feux ...piscine sympathique , personnel a l accueil tres cordial , wifi operationnel ++ contrairement a d autres hotels ... hygiene exceptionnelle de tous les locaux je serai bien resté plusieurs jours farniente ici ... My trip
Amazing resort right on the beach although remote, only 20mins from airport. Very peaceful and quiet, really clean with all new kitchen utilities. Excellent.

4+ hostel with beach right behind it
Very good basic hostel with shared rooms. There was a bed and a shower, all you really need. Only minus was that in the room i had was not even one power plug. In the case there would be eight people sharing the room and loading their phones, cameras etc. it is just not working.... Otherwise 4++. Beach right behind the hostel!

great for windsurfers and lovers of surf
I loved it because the Price Is Right I had the use of a kitchen and I could listen to the surf all night long. Almost all the other guests were hardcore windsurfers. Good people

A inexpensive option
A 2 week stay in a fairly peaceful place. I would say the other guests were the most annoying part of the trip. I have a 10 bed common room with several loud snoring people.

What you can expect from hostels
The hostel is what you can expect of a hostel. The bathrooms/showers are separate for women and men, And was clean and okey. I booked a bed in a 8-bed room, but was put in a 10-bed room. You pay for sheets and a blanket. I recommended bringing your own sheet and you need to bring your own towels. The common areas was big and had comfy coaches. The view is great. You should definitely have a car while staying there. Some of my roommates who didn't have a car complained about the local bus never shoved up. I don't think there's any shops or supermarkets nearby. Just up the road and over the highway there's the biggest mall of the south of the island. I drove back and forth to Playa Del Ingles every day. No problem.

Great hostel but paper thin walls
Great location, really lovely staff, bright and comfy rooms. We stayed in the centre of the hostel just off the main stairwell so the paper thin walls meant we could hear everything. Perhaps it's better in one of the far corners. Other than that a great stay.

Unerwartet erfreulicher Aufenthalt!!!
Da ich nur auf der Durchreise von Teneriffa zum Flughafen von Gran Canaria war, hatte ich keine großen Erwartungen, da ich nur ein günstiges Hotel in Flughafennähe suchte, das aber trotzdem am Meer liegen sollte. Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht. Es gab zwar nur Automaten, aus denen die Gäste sich selbst ihre alkoholfreien! Getränke ziehen konnten aber ein paar Schritte entfernt, war ein Restaurant, wo ich nach einem sehr anstrengenden Tag noch ein Weinchen bekam. Als klar war, dass ich mitten in der NAcht ein Taxi benötigen würde, war man sehr aufmerksam und kümmerte sich sofort darum. Ich hatte ein Wenig Bedenken aber als ich um 4,45 Uhr in der Früh da Hotel verließ, kam das Taxi gerade angefahren. Ansonsten war der Pool sehr kalt aber absolut sauber, das Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet und es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wenn ich Surferin wäre, würde ich ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Av alla hotell jag bott på var detta det mest prisvärda. Jag reste runt på ön men började med två nätter i enkelrum. Perfekt! Tyst och lugnt. Kunde sitta och arbeta ostört. Rent och snyggt. Betalade 213 kr/ natt via Hotels.com. Otroligt ! Avslutade resan med sista natten före det tidiga flyget. Då fanns inte enkelrummen kvar. Fick bli sovsal för 8 men vi var bara två i rummet. Sköna resårmadresser i våningsängarna.
