Great experience - close to boardwalk, shopping, dining and transportation- a wonderful alternative to big chain accommodations. The front desk team was amazingly helpful! :)

A well located hotel with everything on your doorstep. Room was spacious with good storage. Loved the shower,big mirrors and good make-up mirror and hairdryer. Delighted room had a kettle, cups, glasses and tea/coffee facilities were replenished daily along with bottles of water. Daily maid service and fresh towels provided. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and relaxing on the rooftop solarium which was very peaceful yet you could still see the ocean and beachfront. Would go again and book room with a balcony for outside space. Helpful friendly staff throughout whole holiday.

Härligt hotell med utmärkt läge. Skön säng och sköna kuddar. Fräscht och fint! Endast en nackdel, och det var att det var en alldeles för liten frukost. Jag blev inte mätt. A good place to stay
Stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot Pros: *Close to the beach *Nice rooftop terrace *Clean *Helpful and friendly staff Cons: *No lobby/rooftop bar, there is however several stores out on the street and you can bring it to the rooftop. *The machine in the lobby only take coins *No view from the room window *Don't bother with the breakfast, you can get way better for €9 All in all had a great stay!

Das Hotel ist noch gut da die letzte Renovierung nicht lange her ist. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Bus vom Airport (2.95 € p.p.). Top Ausgangspunkt für Kreuzfahrer die vorher anreisen. Persönlich fanden wir das Duschgel nicht gut riecht aber das ist persönliches empfinden.Gastro und Strand direkt am Hotel.

Mauvaise expérience à Las Palmas.
Gros gros problème avec la réservation qui n’a pas été communiquée à l’hôtel. Une attente de plus d’une heure et des échanges avec le personnel hôtel.com (Lionel). Il était question d’annuler la Resa, d’en faire une autre, de changer d’hôtel, de payer sur place ma chambre et se faire rembourser plus tard, différent scenarios évoqué et enfin la dame à la réception était très sympathique et serviable a accepté de me loger et régler le problème plus tard. J’avais regretté de n’avoir pas fait la Resa directement à l’hôtel. J’attends un geste commercial d’hôtel.vol pour réparer plus de 2 heures perdues au téléphone, paniqué avec mon épouse pendant lesquelles on ne savait pas si on aller avoir une chambre ou partir avec nos valises chercher un autre hôtel dans Las Palmas qu’on ne connaît pas visite pour la première fois. Très très mauvaise expérience.

Although I found it hard to find the hotel at first that was because my transfer from the airport had dropped me off without clear directions for walking the last bit. The hotel is actually very conveniently situated for the buses and the beach. The road is also not too busy with some cafes and restaurants nearby. My room was very clean and spacious; and was cleaned every day whilst I was there. Other areas of the hotel were also very clean. The room had a kettle and fridge. Overall I was very happy with my stay there.

Jag bodde i rum 101 som är anpassat då jag är rullstolsburen. Vid toaletten fanns ett handtag och i duschen en bra duschpall. Handfatet är i höjd för stående, men det fungerade iaf för mig under min vecka där. Utrymmet i rummet var bra och t.o.m. de långsmala kuddarna fungerade trots min nackskada. Det är ovanligt att jag kan sova på hotellkuddar, så detta var en glad överraskning. Det enda jag hade önskat mer av rummet är att galgarna i garderoben varit lägre placerade, för på höjden nu kunde jag omöjligt nå dem från rullstolen. Takterassen var tyst och trevlig🙂 Och hotellets placering är verkligen toppen så nära strandpromenaden man kan komma utan att ändå vara precis på den. Trevlig personal och smidig in- och utcheckning. Jag kommer att återvända.

The rooms were great, the roof top was very nice and the location was fabulous, so close to the boardwalk and beach. The receptionist on the front desk “Saskia”, was very nice and extremely helpful with all our questions. We would definitely recommend Lemon and Soul Las Palmas.
