The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable, as was the entire hotel. It was only the included buffet that was a bit inconsistent and disappointing

Just spent a week at the Gran Canaria Princess. We were really happy with this professionally run hotel. From the first moment a welcoming and professional reception staff, to the restaurant and bar staff who were very attentive and the housekeepers who made up our room every day. We were all inclusive and found the range of food and drink on offer to be excellent. We are not fussy people who insist on drinking certain brands but were aware we can pay for them at the bar, or simply go all inclusive plus, we stayed All Inc. The hotel was clean throughout, the quiet bar area had a very good feel to it and we enjoyed relaxing here in the evenings. The pool patio area is quite large. The dress code is explicit but isn’t implemented at the restaurant in the evenings. Many a time we saw people in pool wear eating in the evening. We saw a young group who brought their friends in that were not staying in this hotel most days who not only had drinks from the all inclusive self service, but also attended meals that they clearly hadn't paid for.

Il y a quelques efforts à faire : pour les chambres, literie et sbd OK, en revanche le simple vitrage rend l'impression que vos voisins qui discutent sur le balcon sont sur votre lit. De même les rideaux sont tamisant et pas occultant, vue les leds fixées sur les palmiers en facade des chambres, il serait nécessaire de revoir ce point. Question nourriture c'est pas mal, j'ai vu mieux mais aussi moins bon. Animations musicales pratiquement tous les soirs. Globalement plutôt positif.

A nice clean hotel with plenty of activities going on. I particularly liked the heated pool which is great in the winter and also the easy access to all the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Its a very nice Hotel, clean and beautiful outside the pool area, but the pool water was very cold ,that slmost no body was in ever. People are so crazy to get the best spot around the pool, in order to tan that some are so greedy and selfish, that are reserving the long chairs very early in the mornings. The food was plenty and good,the personel people working very fast and hart to please us👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏 I wish they could make some better desserts.

We had an amazing time at Gran Princess Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy everyday, great activities around the pool side. Fantastic food, the entertainments were so much fun. I wish there were more adults in general rather than senior citizens. Although it’s called a Princess Hotel adults only;)

Love this hotel. Our second visit & it was even better than the last. The heated pool is much warmer than last year & very enjoyable. Very clean & food above average for all inclusive. Staff can’t do enough for you & no queues for drinks. Plenty of sun beds as long as you don’t want the top spots. Thank you for another relaxed & pleasant stay.

Hôtel avec un gardien pour surveiller le parking qui est gratuit.Nous étions en demie pension les repas du matin et du soir sont très bon.Hôtel propre les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Les concerts et spectacles en décembre sont a l'interieure de l' hôtel. Une partie de la piscine et chauffé a 24,5mais il y avait beuacoup de vent donc peu de monde dans l'eau.Le coin spa et bien mais il manque quelque degrès dans les jacuzzis .Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Food was varied and plentiful and the waiting staff were so attentive. Bus stop right outside the hotel with regular buses to Maspalomas and Mogan. Loads of bars and restaurants around the area. All inclusive drinks were of good enough quality that we never paid for any others. Would definitely recommend.

The staff and facilities were the real highlight of the stay. It was very worth going all inclusive, great food and drinks available. Really nice area, very close to the beach and the nightlife. Would absolutely return!

A couple of objections: though this is a very good place to stay at, it is a very noisy place and the Front Desk staff (not all of them, true) can give you an arrogant attitude even when you ask a simple question.

El único inconveniente es que las piscinas no tienen rampa de entrada para personas con movilidad reducida sin llegar a ser discapacitado total.. Digamos que una movilidad ligeramente alterada dificulta la entrada y salida del agua.

Schönes Hotel mit Pool- & Wellnessanlage. Kleines Fitnessstudio vorhanden. Pingpong & weitere Aktivitäten sind möglich, toll! Preise der Drinks sind gut, grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer gross & hat alles nötige. Zimmerservice könnte noch besser sein... wurde nicht immer sauber geputzt - nur das Allernötigste wurde gemacht. Barpersonal sehr freundlich aber von anderen Bereichen (Restaurant, Rezeption etc.) eher weniger. Gute Lage ca. 5-10 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand & Restaurants, Bars, Clubs. Super war, dass direkt vor dem Hotel eine Busststation ist - Busse verkehren in viele verschiedene Richtungen. Würden es weiterempfehlen :)

Hotel que necesita reforma, para extranjeros "todo incluido". Restauración bastante mediocre. Horario de piscina con límite a las 19:00 horas. Demasiado alcohol para adolescentes.

Jaime Enrique,Le agradecemos sus comentarios, esperamos que haya disfrutado su estancia con nosotros a pesar de no haber cumplido con sus expectativas, cosa que lamentamos.Pasamos nota a la dirección sobre la reforma que sugiere y el horario de la piscina, estamos continuamente manteniendo y renovando diferentes zonas del Hotel y al chef sobre la restauración para que revise los menús. Haremos todo lo posible por mejorar esos puntos.El Hotel es solo adultos y admite huéspedes a partir de 16 años cumplidos. Los pocos huéspedes de 16 a 18 años que nos visitan tienen una pulsera de un color diferente que impide el acceso a bebidas alcohólicas, al menos por parte del personal, normalmente están acompañados por sus tutores legales y si éstos decidieran darles alguna bebida de ese tipo es algo que escapa al control del Hotel, aunque en ningún caso, aún solicitándolo sus tutores legales, se les proporciona ninguna pulsera para adultos. El maitre será informado, aunque ésta es una norma inflexible y muy respetada en nuestro Hotel. A partir de 18 años legalmente tienen los mismos derechos que el resto de huéspedes a los que les admitimos un consumo razonable y confiamos en su propia responsabilidad. No nos consta ningún incidente fuera de lo normal en esta materia, pero nos aseguraremos de todos modos.Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente, nos encantaría volver a recibirle.Un saludo.
