Good morning, we are very sorry for not having met your expectations, the hotel has 197 rooms and not all of them are available at the moment. This is very easy, if you don't like the room assigned, go down to reception and tell us, or before going up, tell us what you want. It is good to look at the location of the hotels before booking, but we are in a very nice and quiet area. The distance to the city center is 1 km, 12 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop 200 meters away. Granada is very small and you can walk everywhere. Two weeks ago it was snowing, imagine that it is difficult to get the weather right and our air conditioning system is central, we cannot go from hot to cold so quickly.We regret all this and we apologize.

If you need any accessories to pour water, it is as easy as asking for it, and we will give it to you without any problem.The location of our hotel is ideal for visiting Granada and the Alhambra, we are just 200 meters from the entrance of this monument and walking to the city center is a 12-minute walk.
