Hola, podria decir Inmejorable con una sola excepción, la cama no era muy comoda al menos la que nos toco a nosotros que nos levantamos con dolor de espalda mi pareja y yo, pero por lo de más todo de 10 y sobre todo encantados con el personal super simpáticos todos y muy amables, volveria sin duda.

El alojamiento es perfecto. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. El restaurante muy bien. Personal muy atento y eficiente. Desayuno muy variado.

La habitacion muy cálida, quizas una señal de wifi mas fuerte para las habitaciones que estan mas lejos la señal era baja y para los niños ver contenido infantil en tv, por lo demás todo excelente.

Alojamiento ubicado en un lugar precioso a escaso minutos de varios pueblos con mucho encanto para visitar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Su personal encantador y las villas muy acogedoras, espaciosas y bien situadas. Sin duda repetiría.

Estaba todo correcto. Únicamente indicar que al tratarse de un establecimiento en el que se permiten mascotas... Deberían poner más énfasis en la limpieza del sofá, dado que en mi caso concreto, este se encontraba lleno de pelos de perro, lo sabemos porque pudimos apreciarlos muy claramente en la camiseta negra de mi hijo cuando se levantó de el. Se comunicó a recepción y, ciertamente, se preocuparon bastante por el hecho, pero a la vuelta ese día el sofá seguía lleno de pelos.

Good hotel but lacking in a few respects
An enjoyable stay overall. 10€ per night extra for a dog was a little expensive. Pity the dog was not allowed on the outside terrace. Also, a walled in balcony/terrace would be better for a dog friendly room than one connected to several others. Fridge was not cold enough. Great coffee machine but only plastic cups? Also, only plastic, disposable glasses... could be more environmentally aware.

Great cheerful reception staff who were helpful. Beatuiful view and lovely spacious room. Very clean rooms . Regrettably the evening meal was extremely poor, very tasteless and seemed based on frozen ingredients. Wasn't sure if this caused my gastrointestinal attack but other travellors also stated the food was poor. Such a shame as the hotel is otherwise delightful.

Dejligt feriehotel i meget rolige omgivelser (1370 m.o.h), god restaurant og meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. En del barer og restauranter i byen, tæt på. Hotellet ligger næsten helt gennem byen, når man kommer nede fra dalen.Niveauforskelle på hotelområdet søgt afhjulpet med glidende overgange (slidsker) til hjælp ved barnevogne/klapvogne m.v.

Väldigt nöjda!
Lugnt område med ett mysigt pool-område. Vi fick ett mycket större rum än vad vi bokat. Restaurangens mat var mycket god. Vänlig personal som gjorde picknick påse till oss när vi missade frukosten pga att vi lämnade hotellet tidigt på morgonen. Vi är väldigt nöjda!

Buena ubicación y buen servicio
Las villas son muy agradables y cómodas para tomarlas como base en una visita a las Alpujarras. El personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno está muy bien. Totalmente recomendable.

It was nicely decorated, good location, lovely bathroom, clean, plenty of hot water. Good heating. The stairs in the room were a bit treacherous, as they were slippery. Reception was helpful. Beautiful scenery, quiet and peaceful. The restaurant had a nice menu but somewhat limited for children. The food was a bit hit and miss. The fish and the artichokes were fantastic. All food beautifully presented. The paella, (and I'm from Valencia) was awful, more like a risotto and the rice was crunchy. Breakfast was of a good quality but there was not a huge selection. There is parking but it is limited.

Superb short stay in the Alpujarras
Hotel provided an ideal base to explore the area in the car, walking or bike. Stayed with wife and son and had a very roomy and comfortable 2 bed apartment with fantastic views out over the surrounding mountains. Food at hotel excellent quality and included a 3 course evening meal of the day for 15 euros. Village of Bubion was small but beautiful and considering it’s remoteness had several good quality bars and restaurants. The 2 other neighbouring villages were equally as good for facilities and access by country marked routes was first class - Pampaneira and Capileira. All staff at hotel excellent and very helpful. All in all a first class stay and would definitely return if in the area again.

Résidence pour famille et enfants en bas âges
Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le calme et la vue, nous nous sommes retrouvé dans un logement au dessus du jardin d'enfants,du bar et de la piscine, à côté de la porte d'entrée qui grince à chaque usage Quand nous avons exprimé nos doutes sur le calme, le réceptionniste nous a soutenu avec le sourire qu'il n'y aurait pas de nuisance sonore. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du balcon pendant les 3 jours ... dommage... Le parking est dit parking gratuit: il n'y a pas 10 places balisées, obligé de débrouiller pour trouver une place dans le village Petit déjeuner correct Sommier qui grince et matelas bas de gamme Il existe certainement de meilleurs établissements pour profiter de cette superbe région
