하루 간단히 묵고가기 좋은 곳
부모님 모시고 캐년 지역들 여행하면서 하루 묵었었습니다. 객실 편리했었구요, 다만 4인이상은 2방을 쓰셔야 할것 같습니다. 아침식사 좋았고 직원도 친절했습니다. 호텔 건너편에 해산물요리 식당이 있는데, 가격대는 좀 있으나 정말 맛있는 식당이었습니다. (내륙인걸 감안하여) 추천합니다.

It's very nice hotel
It was very nice hotel. Staffs are very nice and helpful. And room was very clean and comfortable. I'll be there again if I go that area.

The breakfast was lackluster. Eggs were watery, sausage did not taste like sausage. Juices were basically water with a touch of juice flavoring (apple/ orange). We stayed for 3 days and it was the same options all 3 days. Of the 2 waffle makers only 1 functioned well. When using the other the waffles stuck in it each time. I bought a bottle of Mountain Dew, 16 oz, from the front desk. They charged $4.00 for it. There are no other options and non onsite vending machines. So unless you go offsite to buy it, $4 it is. In the room we had no bottled water and 2 small glass cups. I resorted to buying bottled water, cutting the top off the bottle, and making myself a large cup to put ice in to enjoy an ice water or ice soda (I bought soda off site the next day and took it in the room). My thoughts: yes things are getting expensive, but offer the guests a few perks to make the stay memorable in the right way. 2 free bottles of water. $2 bottles of soda. Mix up the breakfast options, maybe add another couple hot trays with biscuits in one and fried potatoes in another. White gravy in a crock pot. All simple changes which would have made quite a difference.

This was a very nice property but we would have welcomed an extra blanket and it would be nice to have a door between the vanity area and the shower/toilet room in the bathroom. Staff was terrific!

I am traveling with elderly family and I was able to get a ground floor room which makes things so much easier. Everyone has been very accommodating and kind at this property.

great room size. however, we were assigned the wrong room type. it’s a little awkward to have 2 queen beds. I booked a king. Front desk employees could really boost rating by engaging.

Popular and almost full hotel but wasnt noisy - actually really quiet. Breakfast bar was well managed and always fully stocked each morning. The only negative surprise (not advertised) was the $10 per night car parking fee.

The bathrooms were small and needed a door to the toilet area. Lighting in the rooms was dark. The air conditioning unit was loud and out dated.

Was nice property but the breakfast was not good. Eggs had a lot of water in them, and not a lot of options to choose from. The curtains in the room had a big hole in them. Framing around the bathroom door was broken and crooked.

Parents stayed here and they aren’t very tech savvy so they asked front desk staff to help them secure a cab to the airport. They were given and phone number to a service that didn’t answer. The staff wouldn’t help with anything else. I had to call them an Uber from many states away.

Quick one night stay. Nice hotel. Comfortable bedding. Front desk staff is unpleasant, not very welcoming. Both the night and morning staff at the front desk were rude.

Rather terrible stay
I would have been willing to overlook any of these alone, but all together it made a really terrible stay. Especially since this room was twice the price of other similar rooms in different hotels that we stayed in, in the same trip. The desk clerk who checked me in, was really rather unfriendly. No greetings, no smile, and gave me a dirty look when I walked by later. In the room, there were tools all over the bathroom and the carpet was a bit wet outside the bathroom door. A different clerk was at the desk when I went back down to the lobby. She was very nice and apologetic and came up to get the tools. The clerk didn't offer to move us though. We were super tired and hungry so we were willing to deal with it. In the morning, something was leaking in the bathroom. I notified a different clerk that morning and she didn't apologize. She even knew that the reason the carpet was wet was because of the shower. On top of everything, I had to ask for more towels because the room didn't have enough and the breakfast was out of many items with 1 hour left before it ended.

we were given a room that didn't have extra lines for the two twin beds plus no extra towels. i had to call front desk several times. the room was also for handicap and the shower was no functioning well.

Price here upwards 270s . With separate 10 usd. parking per car, pet fee 75 with deposit just isnt worth the money. Most other hotels even better credentials offer free parking. Better full bk. No fruit salads, no sausages or potatoes. I would say no more then B-rating with mediocrity overall rating. Basic coffee by building door. No complimentary water bottles, way iver charge water to buy 1 liter almost 7 dollars . To charge this amount of money i think hotelneed far better bedding (old wornout sheets thin worn out sheets etc. ). Much to be desired . This hotel appear renovated sometime ago. Prob 12-15... Way over charge for whats its worth. Will not stay again. Sorry no. No more then 150 per night .

Was not near oldtown Flagstaff, but is closer to university. Very standard next-to-freeway hotel. No nice views. Missed breakfast which ends at 9am. No pullout sofabed just a twin size couch with 2 queens. Beds weren't bad. No door in bathroom to divide toilet/shower from sinks and closet which was weird. Small indoor pool. Small little gym. Very average hotel. Glad it was only 1 night. Would give 2.5 stars.
