These employees cannot do enough to please. They are uber friendly and nice. Not fake nice; REAL nice. The concierge service is great, the food is excellent. Things are pricey, but whatever. The grounds are probably the most beautiful in the Caribbean- super lush and beautifully manicured. We felt safe, also. You'll need a taxi to go off premises since there is not much nearby, but they are reasonable and take both US$ and Cayman money ( which is 1.25 American). There are prob 200 lounge chairs around the beautiful pool and beach area, so you can always find seating. Of course, you can also rent a cabana for the day and they will bring you champagne and charcuterie. Not too shabby!

Extraordinary 5 Star resort. Staff were amazingly attentive and kind. Food was awesome. Our room offered amazing view of the sunset. Restaurants on property were excellent. Will definitely return.

Loved everything about this hotel. We have traveled to many islands and Europe and this staff is amazing-extremely friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The property is superb, beautiful and located on the best part of the beach. The room was super clean and beautiful. Housekeeping is was wonderful and always gave water and little snacks at night. The views are amazing along with the pool and landscaping with little nooks with couches and chairs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and delicious dessert or sandwich from the onsite bakery. Brunch was delicious and plentiful. The concierge reached out by text/email and helped plan our itinerary and dining reservations and followed up along with the front desk and beach manager to make sure we were happy and had everything we wanted. This is a 6 star hotel !

This is an amazing hotel with a large pool area and beach front access to 7 mile. The staff and servers are total professionals. We enjoyed the food & drink on site and felt that the quality exceeded our expectations. Our ocean view room was perfect to enjoy the incredible sunsets. I would highly recommend this hotel. Note that there is construction in the area and a new hotel is being built...so you will have to deal with some noise....although it did not spoil our overall experience.

This was our 5th time returning to the Kimpton. The staff are like our second family and always go beyond our expectations. From the door to the beach staff and everyone in between, they all deliver service like no other!

We loved everything about the kimpton , the only neg and reason we would not come back is because there were so many kids . Way too many kids. Felt like Disney . I’m a nurse and work very hard. The last thing I need to hear is screaming kids all day. Couldn’t go in the pool. Diapers all over the pool areas. Which is gross. We were told to go to kimpton because it’s great for couples, no it wasn’t ! The pool next door killled it for couples to retreat there.

From the time we stepped on the property, we were greeted with champagne and a very attentive staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The front desk staff, concierge, host, waitstaff, bartenders, spa personnel, pool attendants to name a few. It was our first time visiting the Cayman Islands and the Kimpton Sea Fire Resort and it will definitely be one our rotation to visit again in the future!

One of the VERY BEST places ever. Staff were extremely courteous, helpful and polite. The property is stunning!! The views and amenities were spectacular! Our suite was AMAZING! Can’t wait to come back!!

The best experience!
My husband and I stayed at the Kimpton Seafire for our anniversary and this was by far the best experience. Their staff was extremely helpful and took great care of us. Every detail of the hotel was impeccable and we enjoyed everything, from their happy hours, yoga by the beach, paddle boarding and, concierge. And of course, the beach was like being in paradise.

It was amazing stay, the staff was the most polite I’ve experienced. There was a mishap where by something was stolen from my friend on the beach but the hotel did compensate this. The island overall is very expensive but if it wasn’t for that aspect I would def visit again! The Kimpton was fire!

Kimpton Seafire resort was absolutely beautiful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean and the grounds are well kept. The room was very clean, bathrooms impeccable, beds an absolute dream. Although on seven mile beach, the beachfront was disappointing since the effects of hurricane Idalia caused a large amount of seaweed to wash up directly in front the hotel. They were still clearing it when we left Sept 1. The pool was very clean but a bit small for the number of guests at the hotel and they weren’t full when we were there. Not enough chairs at the pool. Only 2 restaurants and a snackbar at the hotel. Rent a car and pick up some groceries. There was little to no nightly entertainment. Food is quite expensive no matter where you go on the island. Be prepared. I would definitely return but without the kids!

Experienced this property with my wife and my 4 year old son. One of our favorite 5 star resorts we have gone too. Great customer service and restaurants on property. The spa, gym and the splash pad are fantastic. We definitely go back soon and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quality high end experience!

Our family stayed at Seafire 7 nights this August. This is an amazing resort for families. The most kid friendly resort. The kids were greeted with juice and little stuffed turtles at check in, as we were greeted with champagne. There are things for kids everywhere you look: water park, swim diapers available at the pool, the pool itself is set up for kids, even the dining options make it easy. We ended up eating by the pool, beach, the beach restaurant, and room service. Also, got breakfast most mornings at the pantry. We ate at Ave the first night and were not impressed. The food was not good. The service was very good there. The service was great at the hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is different from say The Four Seasons as they may not have something you need on hand. An example of this is asking the front desk where I could get dramamine for a day on the boat. Not only could they not provide, but it was not available to buy at the resort. I ran around looking, and ended up going to a pharmacy on the way in our taxi. I guess I have been spoiled with items like ear plugs just sent up very easily with other hotel chains. I do think it's all about expectations. As long as you don't expect that type of hotel, you are good, and will be delighted in many other ways. This resort provided an amazing family trip for our family, and we can't wait to go back!

My family and I just got back from our stay at Kimpton Seafire. The resort is cozy and beautiful. Very well maintained and artfully decorated. The staff and service were stupendous. I felt like they always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Great location and best beach location on 7 mile beach. Restaurants offered great food and delicious. All the workers were very nice and polite, making sure we were at our best everyday. Cocoloaba was our favorite spot and had a blast with the bartenders Miguel, Emmanuel, and Vincent. They made our stay more fun than expected with Miguel making his 5-Star drinks.
