The place is aged. Needs upgrading. The breakfast options are decent but could be a little better. Staff are good. There should some safety equipment in case of potential drowning as the pool goes from 5 feet to 9 feet quickly.

Very nice bar area and very friendly staff throughout the business. Cleanliness was not the best, but also not the worst. Very fun pool area for kids.

My smoke detector was hanging off the wall, the frame around the ac unit was missing - therefore you could literally see outside my room into the outdoors - and there was a draft, which in the middle of winter wasn’t great. Also, the chain and flap on my toilet didn’t work properly, and my toilet overflowed the first 5 minutes I was here. A maintenance person had to come and fix it. The lights were dirty with what appeared to be bugs in them, and one was burnt out. This was all reported to a manager who told Me there was nothing they could do as they were “sold out” of rooms for the night.

Pool is always good warm the stuff is very friendly unfortunately the lounge wasn't open and we had little inconvenience than the heating system in the ceiling was rattling and we had to switch rooms at 3am for free.

It’s worth it for the stay especially with the weather we have to drive through every Christmas. Staff was great and very helpful. Could use a lot of updates. But it was still decent for a pool and pool side view for as many days as we got.

Drinking and loud music. No hot water in the room for showers. Left location after one night.

Regarding the hot water, our team promptly investigated after being informed and found that while the temperature might have varied slightly from the sink, our maintenance team confirmed the boiler system was functioning and we had no other complaints regarding the water from other guests. We also offered to relocate you to another room, but we understand your decision to depart. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by noise disturbances. Our pool area remains open until midnight on weekends and although the pool area may have been loud, it was well before closing time. Because of this experience, we are discussing instituting an earlier hotel wide quiet time. We regret that your stay fell short of your expectations and apologize for any disappointment caused. Comfy beds! Warm pool!
The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The room was clean, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Ventilation could be better, someone in a room a few doors down from us was smoking skunk weed and it stunk up our room too. The pool was nice and warm!

The property needs some tlc. One of our beds was broken and caved in the middle. Bathroom ceiling was crumbling.

We booked the room online on our way to North Dakota for my birthday. When we got the the man behind the counter was extremely rude about the fact that we used Expedia to book our room. He told me that I needed to just call them and spend the extra money to book direct rather than through Expedia. The money was never the issue. I booked through Expedia for the convenience of booking with my cell phone while we were on the road. When we finally got our room key we went to our room the get ready for dinner and it was dirty. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was a bucket of sheet rock mud and tools by the bed. When I called the front desk to tell them I needed a different room they were rude about the fact that I wanted a different room. I have a 5yo daughter and she didn't need to be anywhere around that. Not to mention the fact that we were paying for a room and they booked us in a filthy room that they were in the process of remodeling. I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL 😡😡😡

I was fooled by the pictures of the common areas when booking the hotel room. The lobby and eating area area are nice but the rooms are horrible. They are filthy and dated, our first room had what looked like snot smeared on the wall, a candy stuck to the wall and the sink didn’t drain…. Rust and mold but that looked like that was going to be in every room. Our second room the toilet looked like it still have vomit or explosive diarrhea in the toilet so we asked them to clean it while we went out for 2 hours but the forgot so I have to get them to clean it once we returned. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall… it was just a bad joke. Everywhere we looked there was something. Don’t stay here.

Actually exceeded our expectations!
It was nicer than we expected for the price. Bar is a nice perk and won a little on gaming. Breakfast had hot eggs and sausage, cold cereals, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt and juices. Was just perfect. Would stay again.

The room doesnt appear like the photos. The bathroom is disgusting 1985s style water leaking everywhere. Small towels. Small pillows. No robe. Spa jets were out of control and spraying water everywhere.

Clean the hottub
I hot tub was really dirty and the floor of the tub was slimey. I slipped, fell and brused my back while walking into the hot tub. I also watched someone else slip and fall. The swimming pool was too cold, therefore children were in the hot tub.

The only thing that was nice was the pool was heated. Everything was awful from the service to the food to the beds and pillows to the cleanliness.

Needs a lot of updating
Cons: The guy that worked the front desk was very unhelpful, didn’t voluntarily give any information on how to find my room or anything else. Rooms are very dated, pealing wallpaper, drafty windows, no thermostat. Housekeeping wanted in my room before I had checked out. Parking lot is a mess. Pros: Beds were comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub area are very nice.

Filthy Rooms
Rm 118 was filthy, with the smell of dog urine and mold around the AC Unit. RM 246 was also filthy and had an odd smell. For health and safety reason did not want another room but a full refund. Check out. The hotel rooms were subpar and not acceptable. Spoke with the hotel manager who disagreed with the assessment of the room and refuses to provide a refund. These rooms were booked for government travel. I will not book with Ramada by Wyndham Grand Fork, ND again. I am very disappointed with the refund refusal and lack of follow up by the hotel management since I have waited a week for their follow up phone call.

I'm sorry that the 2 individuals you had booked these rooms for did not agree with our hotel. The reason the female gave us for her sudden departure was that it was not in the location of town she wanted. The male did say he could smell dog and that there was dog urine in his room, but after assessment, we found neither of those complaints to be true. We did talk on the phone a couple of times so I apologize that it still not the desired outcome. We do appreciate any feedback to know what our guest would like changed and what or how we can improve. Have a wonderful work week, Leana!
