It was clean. It was the most shabby Hampton Inn we have stayed in. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The religious pamphlets at the front desk and by the elevators were disconcerting. We won’t choose this hotel again.

The religious pamphlets were put in our public areas by some guest which were immediately removed when it came to our staff's knowledge. We strive to perform better and we hope you would give us another chance the next time you are in town.

I reserved a spa room and when i got there they had extended the spa room for the guest who had it the day before. I will not stay here again

pet friendly is a joke!!! $50.00 for our 6lb.dog!! Never paid over $30.00 some charge nothing! That should be disclosed before booking!!!!

This Hampton Inn was disappointing and far below the usual excellent quality of other HIs we stayed at recently. The room furnishings were adequate but quite dated. One light bulb was out; the toilet leaked; the TV did not include a guide or menu of programs; bedding was quadrette, but again below the usual HI standards.

The hotel was clean but it’s in rough shape. Needs updating badly. Smokers stand at the front door so it’s like walking into an ashtray.

I liked the hotel and pool. The pool was also clean and warm. The breakfasts were really great! I would definitely stay there again.

It was the worst room ive ever stayed in. The kids found lighters and beer bottle caps on and under the bed. Made a complaint to front desk and they said it would be forwarded on to Expedia. Haven't heard back yet

Liked: Hampton always gives a good accommodation for the money. Disliked: I thought the hotel was advertised as 1.4 miles from the fairgrounds, and it turned out to be more like 4 miles.

The hotel is in disrepair. We’ve been coming here for 15 years and it has not had meaningful maintenance during that time. Wallpaper is pealing off in a lot of places. Painting is needed, the toilet runs and runs. As opposed to other hotels, the staff’s attire looks too casual and not professional by Hampton standards. It is overpriced for what you get.

It helps us in various ways.Our hotel has lost it shine a little bit, but we are working to change all of that. We have started with new carpeting in the rooms and public areas. Also, at some point we will be wallpapering, painting and etc. And that is just the beginning.As far as our appearances go we have our uniforms provided by Hilton which do run on the casual side.We hope to see you again. We have stayed here previously and like that it’s close to a main street, restaurants and shopping but still in quiet area. Hotel has suites which is necessary for family of five. Did not use pool or fitness center this time. Only issue was bathroom looking a bit dated. Tub is chipped and good see had some water damage issues that had tried to repair but don’t think are fixed judging by water on floor after shower. Some carpet being replaced in stairwell so maybe doing some updates. Breakfast was fine. French toast sticks, a egg biscuit and smoked sausage, plus usual waffles, cereal, toast and fresh fruit, etc. Signs posted stating you must request housekeeping before 8:30. Check in was pleasant. New person being trained but still efficient. I do think hotel was a little overpriced but at least I knew be comfortable.

Our coffee pot in the room was missing parts so we couldn't make coffee. We had the room with the whirlpool tub and the jets felt as if they were hardly working and just the hotel in general felt as if it was outdated and or not kept up to the standard of a hampton inn.

The pool and hot tub were out of order. The breakfast had self cook wafffles and one of the waffle makers was broken but not marked as such so my daughter almost burned herself. The tub had cracks and chipped tile. It was pretty disappointing and wasn't worth the price

The location was a bit out of the way even for Grand Island but the proper Tess nice. I think recently remodeled from the appearance and the stafywith whom we came in contact were pleasant.
