We had a great stay and all staff were helpful and friendly. We did notice that the TV system is not user friendly. A staff person had to come over two nights in a row to stop the TV from freezing and not responding to the remote. Otherwise all was good! Jim & Alice Wright

It was pleasant in all respects. Skiing in and out was kind of a challange, you need to hike (short hike) up and down some steep grades and treacherous footing. I will stay there again.

I loved the ski in ski out. Staff was nice, food was excellent. Needs a coffee shop on the premise.

Could not get refund on room so had to go. Was fun but no way worth it. Two runs open with race practice along side. Really open. I say not. The whole point is many options. Should have been more flexible so we could reschedule. Still fun and beautiful on my birthday there

A lovely overnight
A very relaxing, lovely stay. Our room was warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping.

Pros: Kind staff, very responsive and helpful. Clean rooms. Great location, walkable, plenty of parking. Outdoor hot tub was a perk. Cons: Fireplace did not have a switch to turn it on. Maintenance came and showed us that we had to take the front of the fireplace off and turn it on in the same place you turn the pilot light on. It was weird, and then it was very hot to take the cover off when we wanted to turn the fireplace off. The pull out bed was super uncomfortable and noisy. I didn’t get much sleep and I woke up the others in my room whenever I would move. Not sure we would choose to stay here again.

We were there for the hiking and exploring. We loved the view, the facilities, and the property. It’s a great location for when you want to go out and explore other towns - it was in the middle of everything we had planned on doing.

The location is great. The floors, rugs and furniture could use updating but it was comfortable and the kitchen was appropriately stocked. You go there for the scenery. Views of hills , forests and Lake Superior.

For the price that we paid it was definitely a rip off. Only one place to eat had to make reservations had to wait for an hour for our food and it wasn't even that good but yet so expensive

We chose a room with fireplace and balcony. It was a lovely room and very comfortable. It also had a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and coffee pot. Only minuses were no restaurant on the premises and no daily room service. However, there was a nice restaurant at the next hotel over and a call to the front desk was all that was needed to get towels replaced, etc.

The property and staff were excellent. The golf course and scenery were amazing. Although our experience in the dining room Moguls was very good they were out of some breakfast and dinner options which was a bit disappointing. I would definitely stay here again

Loved the location, room and view, very relaxing. Our only complaint is that we asked twice for new towels and garbage pick-up, and received no service. We ended up washing our towels ourselves to get clean towels during our week's stay.

Room was clean. Adequate space for 5 adults in the two bedroom suite. Great location to access hiking and biking trails, gondola, slides, skiing. The outdoor hot tub was nice! The rooms need more supplies like a drying rack, dish towels, sponges, etc. Prices are high.

Liked the spaciousness. One Bedroom Standard Condo was quite large with wonderful fall color views off the rear deck/patio. Easy to check in and check out. Will stay there again!

No Warning of hidden muddy path to our unit
There was not a warning during the booking process or upon check in of the hidden entrance without sinage to our unit. We finally figured it out with the help of a workman. Landscaping was in process which resulted in having to take a treacharous muddy path to reach our only entrance. We are seniors and deserved a warning before we booked such an expensive nights stay

I have stayed here two different times before this trip and I can’t be more unhappy with my experience this time. The comforter on the bed had several stains on it. When we complained about it, the employee that came to our room acted like he was being bothered because we wanted a different comforter. When we requested more towels we were told we could have have two per day. We like to shower in the morning and after being out for the whole day we would like to shower again with CLEAN towels. The second day I had to go to the registration desk and ask for more towels. Had to wait for almost an hour before someone showed up with towels for us. Next trip I’m going to stay at another resort. Terrible experience
