Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Front Desk didnt sympathize or offer explanation for the following: Restaurant was closed, very inconvenient. Wi-Fi was open /unsecure.... Very Disappointing. Expected Better

They did not have cotd, for children, which surprises me, the bedside was much 2 small for 2 sleep apnea machines. The safe didn't work & the plugib by the large mirror is worn out, nothing pluged in would stay in. We booked 2 nights & on the second night a note was left under the door saying to check in or they would do a welfare check. Very Odd

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked well!! We love where it is and how close it is to everything!

Location and cleanliness of the facility great front desk and housekeeping staff. Nice breakfast. The elevators jerked and were noisey outer wise no issues.

Decent stay overall, just low value, overpriced compared to other GP options in my experience. I didn't get e-receipt even after sharing my email at check-out. Current Visa bill does not reconcile with paper receipt, creating a problem for my expenses. Quality of toiletries is far less than you expect at price point. Common areas are dated. Quality breakfast. I would only book if there was a substantial discount.

The breakfast room, food was nice and hot, real dishes and cutlery, and a professional cook making sure everything was looked after, used dishes cleared away almost immediately. Excellent service!

A good stay. Hotel is quiet, clean and staff are efficient. Terrific complimentary breakfast. Only downside is cost for cancellation booking.

When we arrived we were told we had already checked in when we hadn’t. Eventually they gave us another room but ended up putting two $500 holds on my credit card. The other issue is the bar that shares the parking lot and people leaving at 2 am. The hotel itself was fine but the front desk staff need more training.

Minor design flaw
Very nice room but the thermostat being in one room and the heater in another was not helpful for maintaining a comfortable temperature in the bedroom. I’d stay again but not in a suite
