위치좋고, 서비스 정말 좋아요.
생모리츠 중앙에 자리잡고 있어서, 정말 편리합니다. 역에서 5정거장 정도 거리에 있었어요. 호텔에서 픽업서비스도 제공하고 있어서 편리해요, 호텔직원분들 정말 친절합니다. 호수위치도 친절히 설명해주시고, 우산도 인원수에 맞게 빌려줘서 산책잘했어요. 호수까지는 5-10분정도 걸립니다. 호텔 조식은 정말 푸짐하게 잘나옵니다. 디져트 종류도 다양하고, 치즈, 연어도 있어요. 생모리츠에 다시 방문한다면 다시 묵을거 같네요.

생모리츠 다운타운에 위치하고 주변에 와인바와 마켓 coop이 있어 편리. 생모리츠역으로 송영 셔틀이용 가능하고 짐이 없는 경우는 역에서 쇼핑가를 거쳐 호텔까지 10분이내 걸어 갈수 있는거리. 호텔 스텝들도 친절함

중심에 있어서 너무 좋았어요
도심 한가운데 있어서 너무 좋았구요 생모리츠 도시 느낌과 매우 잘 어울렸습니다. 다만 객실 크기가 조금 좁았지만 조식도 맛있었구요 직원들 너무 친절했습니다. 그래서 저는 일정을 바꾸어 하루 더 묵었답니다. 역까지 데려다 주는 서비스도 가능합니다.

직원들의 서비스가 탁월합니다.
생모리츠는 처음 방문하는 곳이라 호텔의 위치가 너무 중요했습니다. 도착해보니 중심가 한 복판에 위치하고 있었습니다. 도착 즉시 직원이 나와서 주차 서비스와 객실로의 가방이동을 도와 주었습니다. 엥가딘 카드를 주어서 피츠 나일에 경비없이 다녀왔습니다. 호텔에서 정보를 주어서 베르디나 특급 기차여행도 경이로움 속에 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 너무 좋은 기억으로 남을 듯 합니다.

Amazing gem!
We loved this hotel. It is elegant and has super nice touches. It feels like a 5 star in many ways, but not quite! the bedding is great and pillows awesome. The bathroom is laid out beautifully, but the best part is the staff. They are kind, helpful and just lovely. Everyone from the bellman to the front desk to the restaurant! The location is great, too!

Free shuttle from train station was waiting when we arrived. Driver took our bags loaded, unloaded, and placed them in our room! Once in the room, a rep from the hotel delivered chocolates and breakfast room service info, she checked to ensure everything was perfect in the room. At checkout, the clerk gave us two bottles of water for our trip. Shuttle driver loaded bags and took us to the train station again. This hotel really has customer service perfected!

The hotel was spotless clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, breakfast was great. I highly recommend it and would use it again when I am in Lugano again.

The hotel is located up the hills from the train station , so we took a taxi (overpriced) to get ourselves and Our luggage to the property. We were Then told at the desk that there is a hotel shuttle that will come to pick you up . It would have been nice To know that ahead of our arrival. Our room is comfortable, but there is a choice of keeping the window open and heating constant tra fric noise or closing it and getting too warm . No AC in the rooms makes for an uncomfortable summer visit.

No third option. Either we sleep with warm room or deal with the outside noise with an open window. We picked to sleep with an open window and got only 2 or 3 hour sleep. Very inconvenient!

Personeel is super! zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. We hadden een superior kamer, mooie grote badkamer, met apart bad en douche. Minibar was gratis: bier, sinaasappelsap, rivella, water en coca cola. Elke dag aangevuld. bedcomfort vonden we niet zo goed. Turndown service elke dag: super! spijtig dat er geen nespressomachine en waterkoker voor thee op de kamer aanwezig zijn, en ook geen strijkijzer.

Hôtel très bien placé en plein Coeur de St Moritz. 100m du funiculaire. La junior suite est très propre et offre de beau volume. Lit un peu ferme Ménage 2 fois par jour. Service de petit déjeuner en chambre ou buffet. Le restaurant italien est de très bonne qualité. Parfait pour un séjour en couple à la montagne

Location is excellent! 2 min walk to ski lift. Ski school and ski rent with equipment storage are next buildings to ski lift. Restaurants and shopping of any kind 1-2 min walk. Hotel parking: across the small street. Breakfast is wonderful and included. Staff is polite and professional. Ask to arrange your activities: restaurants, train tickets, ski instructor, ski lift pass and they will help all the way with minimal effort from you. Sauna, steam room and much more perfectly operational, well done and included. Rooms have everything needed with connecting doors for families if needed. Prices are very competitive. Minibar with free refills daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Awesome place! Would go again!

Great Location
Booked a classic double and it was a very nice room. Housekeeping does an amazing job - very pleased! There was turn down service in the evening. Check in was a little less than warm and welcoming, but the staff at reception were helpful. Breakfast was fabulous - great staff in the breakfast room!! The hotel is well managed. Mini bar is complimentary. Robes and slippers, amenities are great. Hotel is quiet - very nice. Only complaint were the very soft pillows - difficult to sleep with, hardly any stuffing. Overall though very pleased.

Very nice lobby and room, it’s in the center of town. They will take you to and from the train station. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Don’t let the exterior photo fool you. Although the photo makes it look like a giant ice cube, it does not look like that in actuality. It is a perfectly lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities you will need. Would stay again.
