The pool and hot tub were very nice. Clean and in good working order. Rooms had older decor, but clean and fine for the price.

We didnt get the room we was supposed to. Then a man freaked out in front of my children and got taken to jail right next door to us. This is the second time we stayed there, and their was a fight or something both times. My children just lost their father and we went there to get away and try to have a fun time. And it turned out pretty awful. The night crew was great. The people who checked us in was rude

Best Pool Ever!
We love this hotel, the staff is nice and helpful, the pool is amazing, warm and clean! Rooms are also clean and beds are comfortable. Always our choice when in West Branch.

Good not great
The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. This is an older hotel so the furnishings are worn and decor is dated. The beds were not so great comfort wise but it was clean. Bathroom was small with limited vanity space around the sink. My kids had a great time at the indoor pool.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Wish the rooms We’re quieter but they are very clean it’s the nicest super 8 I’ve ever stayed at.

The new owners have done a great job of beginning the renovation of the property. I can’t wait to stay there again next year when they have the renovations completed. It was a great place to stay for the 2 nights we were there.

Very comfortable stay!
Super comfortable bed, nice room. They are also pet friendly which was awesome, we were traveling with our small dog. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome, very nice!

Everything that was in the hotel's control was wonderful. We had issues with someone playing their base really loud outside our window every time he went out to smoke. The front desk staff were great especially Alonso.

The room was dirty . Found 2 used zip ties on the floor which to me meant ut was never vacuumed Across the hall was a dog that was scratching at their door during the night. Hair found in the hot tub was the ucing on the cake. I would not come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know.

Main complaint room slightly smelly. The mattress had an odor. My thought is they rotate the mattresses so the head of the mattress was actually the foot of the mattress. I brought a blanket in my own pillow to cover the mattress and sleep on my own pillow but still there was an odor that of feet. I would recommend replacing the mattresses blankets and carpeting to refresh the room and odor.

Nicely Surprised!
We booked a last minute room during travel time because the weather turned bad. When we got there our room hadn't been cleaned so we were upgraded free to a business king and the room was surprisingly really nice! It was very large with two beds, a sofa and a reclining chair! Everything in the room was very nice and clean. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful as well. By the look of the lobby at check in I was a little nervous but it turned out to be a great stay!

I will defiantly be staying here again. The hotel is just off the eway, right next to the outlet mall. The whole experience was awesome for us. The staff was SUPER friendly and fun. This is the type of place my family and I enjoy to stay at. The pool was great and the lobby even had some great little souvenirs you could get. I can't express enough how much I enjoyed the staff here. It means a lot how great they were. I even let the employees at the front desk know when we checked out.

Typically I would never stay in a two-star hotel however being in transportation you have to be mindful of what you spend. This hotel should be bumped up to a 3 because of its cleanliness, staff, and closeness to restaurants and shopping.

Hot tub is hot and room comfortable.
We had a great time. Went to West Branch to ride the trails on our UTV and see the fall colors. We were not disappointed, from the comfortable hotel 8 to the beautiful colors.
