the photo was not of the actual unit. bed was on wheels under kitchen floor so you sleep about 6 inches off the floor. bedding provided was horrendous. could not pay by Credit card. had to wire cash for this unit. check in time is 4 hour window if you miss it 15 euro cash penalty I had to leave early on Monday was charged 15 euro for early check out that no one showed up to do.

Very central! Spar supermarket literally 3 doors down. Large roomy. NOT 5 star, but neither was the price. Clean bathroom. Double lumpy bed. Kitchenette has plenty cutlery and crockery no pots and pans. Portable oven cooked everything in it, used foil in place of pan. Portable stove top which I didn't use due to no pots and pans. Small fridge, worked really well. No WiFi or TV, but I used my own. Hosts 2 doors down in antique shop, very nice and approachable. Bedding cost me €9, could bring your own. There is a small lift, but I still had to climb 6 steps to my room. Don't know about other floors. Floorboards creaky, but I got used to it. Simcards/phone purchases 5 min walk Magenta, and another one 10 min walk. Mobility scooter repairer Trittbet Heldon 15 min walk. Hop on buses - just don't! They're anything but. They do one loop, one guy narrates in English and German; so boring, I embarrassingly fell asleep! Taxi stand about 5 min. Taxi fare to Graz Central Train terminal cost me €14.

Blauäugig gebucht. Veraltete Wohnung. Das Bad war renoviert und sauber. Das Zimmer selbst , uralt, Wände erhielten wahrscheinlich den letzten Anstrich vor 40 Jahren. Das Bett war wie eine Schublade unter einem Podest, was die Küche war. Uralte Möbel, man kam sich vor, wie in einem Antiquariat. Man erhält seinen Schlüssel übrigens im Antiquitäten Geschäft im EG während der Öffnungszeiten. Wenn man nach 18h anreist, bzw. vor 07h abreist, muss man extra 15€ zahlen. Zudem kommen nochmal extra 9€ pro Person für Bettbezüge und Handtücher. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Fernseher, geschweige WLAN. Die Terrasse war mit Moos und Unkraut bewachsen und hatte keine Sitzmöglichkeiten

Die Lage in der InnenStadt ist hervorragend und doch sehr ruhig. Befremdlich ist der Umstand, vermutlich wegen des VermittlungSystems keine Kostenwahrheit besteht. Die Übernachtung ist zwar günstig, auch wenn 25 Euro für Endreinigung und 2×9 Euro für Bettwäsche dazukommen. Dass es so ist, finde ich im Sinne der Wahlfreiheit gut, aber das müsste im Übernachtungsangebot auch ersichtlich sein.

The place was so old and the floors made squeaky sound when walking on. It was impossible to walk there without waking up others because of the loud noise. You could hear the same sounds from people walking in units next to you or above you.

Kurz gesagt: Für alles wie z. B. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Late-Check-in, Früh-Check-in...usw. Wird zusätzlich Geld verlangt! Reinigung wurde im zweiten Zimmer, was wir doch nicht genutzt haben, trotzdem berechnet in Höhe von 40€.

Great location and good value but please note if you're going in the summer, there is no AC in this property. I was there during a heat wave and it was difficult to be in the room without AC.

The cleaning fee doubled the price and the opening hours are not very good. The staff did help with that though. Bulding is very old but that's what gives it its charm I suppose. Not recommended for solo travelers or short stay. May be nice for a couple and a longer stay.

The booking time was during Diagonale and Graz was full and it was a good luck that Mr. Matija got an apartment with us. To mention is that we are not a hotel and do not have any opening hours. So we always have to organize someone to collect and to bring the keys.

Der Gast hat NICHT per Kreditkarte gezahlt. Wir akzeptieren keine Kreditkarten. Unsere Zahlungsmethode ist Überweisung. Das steht auch so in unseren Zahlungsbedingungen. Das wurde dem Gast auch mehrmals mitgeteilt. Der Gast hat nach Check-in-Zeiten, genau nach 22 Uhr, gebucht und wurde noch versucht zu organisieren, dass jemand kommt, um den Gast einzuchecken, was im Endeffekt nicht mehr möglich war. Dem Gast wurde dann auch sofort abgesagt. Erstaunlich, dass solche unwahre Kommentare nicht einmal mit einem richtigen Namen unterzeichnet werden, sondern der Gast sich mit "Anonym" unterschrieben hat.

I like the old building and the big rooms and the quietness and the big beds. I missed this time some facilities, to hang up ones coat at the entrance and a little bit more cups, plates and pans in the kitchen.

Der Preis belief sich keinesfalls auf das Doppelte. Die Informationen zum Preis waren alle bereits vor Buchung gegeben. Wir gehen davon aus, dass diese auch vor der Buchung wie jeder Vertrag gelesen werden. Auch die Information darüber, dass wir keine Kreditkarten akzeptieren, sondern die Zahlung mit Überweisung zu erfolgen ist, war bereits vor der Buchung gegeben.

Your feedback is fully correct. We do NOT provide any services, because we are not a hotel, we are renting fully equipped apartments with kitchen, beginning with 50 square meters, bathroom, washing mashine and dryer in the building, in the very central exclusive inner city location

Upon deciding to book there was only talk about 46 Euro/ night. That was ok because we needed only one night. After booking that amount was confirmed, but in the fine print right at the end of the explanatory notes there was mention of cleaning fee 46 Euro for the night and additionally a 9 Euro fee for bedding. This I never encountered anywhere before. But the booking had been done. So, after the point of decision, the info was forwarded. Upon trying to check in I was informed about this arrangement. Plis a caution of 100 Euro, plus lawyers if smoking ban was not obeyed (I am not a smoker). Furthermore I was informed that my credit card was not accepted. I was given an european account to send the money too. Difficult and inconvenient for me as an Australian. Ander those conditions I did not check in. I was told I would have pay storno fee. Because the conditions leading to my refusal were only evident after I had booked I do not see why I should pay 45 Euro. Furthermore I am diabetic an suffer from heart disease. I had to look for an alternative accomodation on this extremly hot evening (european heatwave). After 2 hours unsuccessful searching we could stay with friends. It is my intention to hand this case to my lawyer because of the hardship I have suffered and the uncompromising attitude of the person on checkin. I cannot see why on earth I should recomend HSG10 to anyone

Expedia error ..... I hope I was not charged....
I arrived to be told that the property was apartments and could not be booked for one night. They said it was an Expedia error. They offered me an alternative several kilometres out of town which was not acceptable. They apologised and said I had not been charged. I hope this is the case and that Expedia has not charged me. PLEASE RESPOND EXPEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE

indicato per soggiorni di una settimana.
Non è indicato per chi soggiorna una notte sola. Bisogna pagare i costi aggiuntivi della pulizia del monolocale e anche l'affitto della biancheria (oppure portarsela da casa). Il monolocale e' in centro storico quindi molto comodo ma bisogna concordare la consegna chiavi entro le ore 18,00 del giorno d'arrivo. Ogni pagamento deve essere effettuato attraverso bonifico, anche se prenotato online; invece nei dettagli della prenotazione c'era scritto che bastava la carta di credito. Non c'è angolo cottura, solo un bollitore d'acqua e un piccolo frigorifero.

Sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhätnis
Noch nie hatte ich soviel Streß mit der Buchung eines Zimmers (samt lustiger Nebenkosten und Betten-selber-Überziehen). Aber letztendlich war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt, sehr ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin.

Generous place in the city center
The best thing about HSG10 is location. The apartment I had booked was quite spacious & I was positively surprised. The place itself & the location were actually wonderful. However, the entire experience was a bit awkward for a number of reasons. For instance, only after you have completed your booking, will you be informed by email that you should bring your own bed linen or rent the same for €9.00 from then - which also means that you would have to bring your own towel in case you don't rent, though I was given towels upon request for free. Pay attention to the price details before paying online as a cleaning fee applies which may double the room price in case you are staying only for one night. It would help a lot if the people who run this place were a bit more professional in terms of how they communicate & in regard to the details and (no-)frill options were more transparent. The parking garage is just down the street & available at a very reasonable rate of fifteen euros per 24 hours. However, you need to park beforehand somewhere outside near the hotel to first get your discount card & then take your car out of the garage before checkout. An easier way would be to stamp the card you pull & then pay the reduced price at the garage.

Herr Fussi hat ein Doppelzimmer mit 35 m2 gebucht und ein Upgrade auf ein Apartment mit 105 m2, zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, Balkons mit einem Ausblick über die Dächer von Graz erhalten. Der Preis inklusive Parkkarte war EURO 85, dies zu der Zeit als die gesamte Stadt aufgrund der Diagonale ausverkauft war und Preise sich ab EURO 85 aufwärts bewegten, und dies bereits am Stadtrand. Unsere Apartments ist MITTEN in der Innenstadt von Graz!

Liebloses Zimmer. Kein funktionierender Vorhang trotz Gegenüber.(Rollo ohne Schnur und als mittels auf Sessel steigen heruntergezogen, ging nicht mehr hoch,Waschtischarmatur defekt., Bettdecken müssen verlangt und selbst überzogen werden .Das Deckenlicht funktioniert nicht,Licht spendet eine Stehlampe weit weg von der Türe, nur eine Nachttischlampe auf einer Seite des Doppelbettes

Tolle Lage - versteckte Mehrkosten
Mit 45,-- Euro stand das Hotel bei Expedia. Gekostet hat es fast das Doppelte! Im "Kleingedruckten" - wo kaum jemand hinschaut - standen dann noch die enormen Gebühren für Endreinigung und Bettwäsche.

立地はいいが後のサービスはよくない。
受付が8pmで閉まりあやうくチェックイン出来ないところだった。帰りも立会い必要と時間の縛りが多すぎる。また、石鹸、シャンプー等もなく初日はシャワーも浴びれなかった。
