콘시어지 친절함. 비오는 날 우산대여해줌. 아침식사 굳. 단 메뉴가 매일 거의 비슷함. 청소 깔끔하게 잘해줌. 욕실 비누등 없음. 3일 있었는데 메우 민족스러움. 바료 옆에 카페터리아 레스토랑 있음. 걸어서 5분거리에 슈퍼 두군데 있음.

The hotel was in walking distance to many museums, churches and other sites. It was quiet and quaint. The staff was helpful.

Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt. Restaurants und andere Aktivitäten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Personal, welches durchwegs bemüht ist, eine Lösung zu finden. Das Hotel ist in einem desaströsen Zustand. Zurecht hat das Hotel keine Sterne, denn diese würden in einer der untersten Kategorien zugesprochen werden. Die 3. Etage stinkt nach Abflussrohr und ist modrig. Türen, Wände und Inventar sind abgeschlagen und renovierungsbedürftig. Bett und Bettwäsche sind von einfachster und günstigster Qualität. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Böden und Bad riechen nach der Reinigung extrem unangenehm nach Fäkalien. Fenster und Wände sind hellhörig. Alles in allem kein Hotel in dem man sich wohlfühlen und entspannen kann. Die Kritik gilt den Verantwortlichen, nicht dem Personal vor Ort. Hier sollte man dringend in das Haus investieren, oder aber Bild und Sprache sowie das Preisgefüge der Realität anpassen.

This is a beautiful old hotel with fabulous staff and in a great location. Very central to the historic area and we walked to all the museums, galleries and to access the castle. Area has loads of restaurants. Very comfortable bed, lovely linens, spacious room. The only odd aspect is the washroom is divided into three areas. Not functional and very odd like each aspect was an afterthought. Room could have been way more efficient with better design. We asked for a kettle and cups and the were sent up immediately. Front desk checking was very welcoming.

The room on the top floor had great view, the room was spacious and well decorated. Very close to the city center.

Nice stay in central Graz
Nice stay in the centre. Some issues with issuing invoices resolved quickly by a nice receptionist lady. Good esp. if you do not travel by car.

My "tiny independent" room (no 423) was very noisy due to a problem with the plumbing. It started around 7.30am (presumably when other guests began to shower) with loud banging of pipes and the water was running in my sink despite the fact that the taps were firmly closed. All of this was followed by a rather unpleasant smell which lingered all day (like a blocked drain). I could put up with this disturbance in a 1 star hotel but do not expect this in a room costing EURO 228 per night. Rather disappointing.

Schreckliches Hotel. Absolut überteuert für das was geboten wird. Die Zimmer aind in einem desolaten und sehr ungepflegtem Zustand. Die Bezeichnung Grand Hotel ist absolut am Ziel vorbei und meiner Meinung nach nur Marketing und sonst nichts. Ich verbringe sicher mehr als 200 Nächte im Jahr im Hotel und das war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Das Frühstück war aber super und für den Preis sogar als günstig zu bezeichnen. Leider war es aber total überfüllt mit Gästen die nicht vom Hotel waren.

Nice neighborhood and friendly staff. Hotel is average condition but the breakfast is wonderful. The best breakfast in very long time. We really enjoyed it. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. We will come again.

The hotel lobby and rooms are not quite as grand as one might expect for a Grand Hotel, although the Cafe restaurant is elegant. But the hotel is very functional and convenient for the old city.

La camera era priva di tende oscuranti. Difatti Le finestre erano munite soltanto di tendine parasole poco efficaci. Sistema di condizionamento obsoleto e rumoroso. Nel Parcheggio riportante il logo dell’hotel è in realtà ad pubblico e non vi sono posti riservati ai soli clienti dell’hotel.
