I was given a different room from what i booked from your website.I need a refund because i’m very disappointed and upset we’re so tired and there’s no place to sleep its’ your fault according to holiday inn . the picutre and description on the expredia website is different from theirs

We will be back. Great hotel, great breakfast, great staff. Pool was open late so the kids were able to swim after dinner.

The room was very clean, spacious, good water pressure in shower and sink and I. Particular their were no issues with water drainage in sink or shower which we can not say about the Marriott chain and most other hotels we’ve stayed at. As a family we’ve gotten into the habit of running shower and sinks before we settle on to our room and oftentimes we need to switch to a room that has no plumbing issues. The beds and linens at Holiday Inn Express were extremely comfortable. The amenities are bare-bones but our priorities are on cleanliness, comfort, safety, and exceptional hotel staff of which this Holiday Inn Express in Great Barrington delivered. Note: this particular hotel chain is very popular with families and during the breakfast “crush” the dining area can get quite crowded. Having said that, we were amazed by the dining staff who always has replenished coffee and we’re attending to the multiple requests of other guests.

Manager made us feel welcomed to the property, not just checked in. Location was convenient to the newly remodeled Sheffield Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, so we could visit with friends there and listen to the Sunday Public Talk. I'm a non smoker and was traveling alone. I had staff come to room twice during the night stating the room smoke alarm was triggered. Staff wanted to check there was no smoking per the policy and there wasn't but didn't appreciate staff walking in uninvited to check.

The place was in a nice location, close to The National Shrine of The Divine Mercy. Staff (Jai and Steven) were great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Choosing to book this property after a hike at the Bash Bish Falls brought me and my husband to the town where we stayed about 6 years ago. It brought back memories. Very pleasant stay!
The hotel was very nice. Our TV didn't work when we turned it on, but the manager came right up and after 15 minutes or so was able to get it functioning. The breakfast was very nice and all the staff friendly. We found it pricey, but probably right for the area.
