Hi, Our park is situated in a limited mobile phone and WI-FI signal area, which we do provide this information prior to arrival.The bunk beds in our budget cabins are across from the bathroom and not in a separate bedroom, if you are requiring more space we would suggest booking a larger family cabin. We apologise your Cabin was not cleaned to our usual standards, and we would have been more than happy to address this issue if alerted to this when you were onsite. We pride ourselves on the level of support offered to our guests, and would love if you contacted us for more information regarding our staff not offering support so we can investigate this further.
