Hi Laurie, thank-you for sharing your experience at Mantra. I would like to apologise that the age of the apartment and setup was not ideal for your visit. Our beds are King Zip which join together. Currently Lorne being a region forest location we are experiencing high numbers of crickets due to the dry weather. These have been managed to the best of our ability but at night they do tend to be drawn to the lights.

In regards to membership, there was a little miscommunication as it was explained that you would not receive points or a qualifying stay as it was booked via Expedia. They are also correct in that plastic water bottles have been removed from all Accor properties in an attempt to improve our sustainability by removing single use plastics.
