Great property near Middleton Beach - everything we needed was there including a portable oven. A bit disappointed that most of the eating places in the area were either closed or shut down. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Under the bed could do with a vacuum as was very dusty.

Great wine bar across the road, Rats Bar, made this a winning location. For a beach property it was disappointing no beach towels or no laundry to wash towels, only two bath towels provided for two people.

Throughout our journey around WA this was the worst place we stayed at. Make sure you do not get to stay in the Clarence unit. As you lay in bed you can literally hear the every noise coming from the bathroom upstairs. It feels like they are urinating or sh**ting on your head. The bathroom we had smelt and toilet seat needed replacing as it was in very poor condition. The TV in the unit was way too small and the smallest we had on our whole 3 week stay as we travelled around WA. They should have spent a bit more and supplied a better size. We stayed 2 nights which was 2 too many. Do not stay here.

Great Spot for an Albany Holiday.
Great location 5 minutes to Middleton Beach, Ellen Cove boardwalk and cafes. Rooms are on the large side, everything was spotless and balconies and air con were pluses. Kitchen was well supplied. No real negatives. In a perfect world I would love some photos, artwork in the rooms and a bigger TV!

Absolutely amazing for the price , large space , cery comfortable bed - nice size bathroom; ( only negative comment would be the bathroom fan not very effective) . Would definitely be booking another stay there in the future.

Property was clean, and had everything that we needed. The only issue we had was that we were told that reception was open until 6pm, but when we arrived at 5.30 reception was closed. Keys were left out so no drama, just a bit odd? We would stay here again as it was very comfortable.
