Great location, close to lots of reataurants. It was quiet and clean enough. Shower was a bit tight but useable. Beds decent, not the most comfortable, but i didnt wake up sore so thats a win!

This was our second stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, with a lovely walk to the Kelvingrove and restaurants nearby.

I booked the place for us (a couple) for 3 nights. I would say my experience has been completely disappointing. I will list out everything so it helps others. 1. The bathroom was not really cleaned on Day 2 of stay. 2. For 2 adults, they gave 1 towel in the room only. After requesting we got one more. 3. The bedsheets were not changed on Day 3 as we noted. 4. The toiletries were not provided on last Day. 5. The hotel specs say that the double room will either have a bath or shower and the pictures shared by Hotel show only bath tub in the rooms. Believing this, we booked this place. On arrival, it was told to us there is no double room in the lodge with bathtub and there is only one family room with bathtub in the whole lodge. This was quite misleading in terms of hotel description. 6. There was no one to help with moving luggage considering there were no lifts. 7. The room had a weird smell. We asked for room freshener and we were told that there is no room freshener available at the lodge. They even sent us surface cleaner in the room, which I don’t know what they were thinking before sending. Some other things to reflect as well, but overall terrible experience.

Good hotel
Nice hotel in the Kelvingrove area of Glasgow. The single room was clean and suitable for a 1-night stay. The staff were friendly. There was a good English breakfast served in the mornings as an extra (£8).

Hej. Jag bodde under vintern dec-22 på rum 14.. bra frukost för att vara engelsk. Normalt rent och snyggt, bra med varmvatten i duschen, hårda sängar men inget problem för mig. Det ända negativa jag kan hitta är att fönstren inte håller tätt, ordnade med kuddar och filtar i fönstret så man slapp kallraset.. men skulle kunna tänka mig att komma tillbaka då allt annat var bra😀😀

We stayed two nights. Very convenient for bars and restaurants. Friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast included in price was lovely. Rooms basic but adequate, comfortable beds. We stayed on the top floor no lifts so quite a climb to the top, although not a problem for us could be for some people. Overall enjoyed our stay

A generally nice place in a fun area of the city. Shower drain was a bit dodgy (it was very slow to drain, which resulted in standing water in the shower), but overall an enjoyable and affordable stay.

One night in Glasgow!
Really nice small hotel; friendly staff and good sized clean bedroom. Only disappointment was breakfast. good selection of fruit, etc., but cooked breakfast was poor with cheap ingredients being used.

Convenient to SEC
Very convenient and within walking distance to exhibition centre SEC. Room was clean and tidy, great breakfast friendly staff. Street noise was a little disturbing but would definitely be back.

We liked the West End location near a stop for the Hop On/Hop Off bus and a variety of good restaurants. Our son's room was on the top floor with many, MANY steps (45 -- he counted!) to lug his suitcase and daypack up. Fortunately he's young and fit. The location of this room would have been a problem for my husband and me!

Reasonable stay
The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and had help with the ticket for parking. Breakfast in the morning was made to order with cereal, yoghurt etc also available. Cleanliness and comfort were good

Surprisingly nice and updated rooms. High ceilings, relatively quiet street as it is offset from the main boulevard. Great location. Would stay again while in Glasgow.

A pesar de avisar de que llegaríamos al día siguiente de tener la reserva, y solicitar que por favor no nos la cancelaran y que nos cobrarán toda la estancia, les enviamos dos correos, no solamente no nos contestaron sino que nos cancelaron la reserva, y nos encontramos en Glasgow con una niña de siete años en la calle porque para esas fechas no había alojamiento en esta ciudad.

Pleasant stay at the lodge.
Good stay here, can't go wrong. Good location close to the Kelvingrove park and nice area with plenty of restaurants, coffee/lunch rooms etc. Free (on-street) parking in the weekend. Good served breakfast. Overal good value for money.
