Thank you for your comment but we respectfully disagree with your assessment. If we need to reach a guest, we always call our guests first on the phone number provided upon check-in. Next we try to reach them on the phone in the room. If guest is still not reachable, only do we physically walk over the room and knock to announce our entry. Please note, it is not our policy to enter a guests room without knocking. We are not sure why felt this way but nevertheless, we apologize. Sincerely,

Thank you for your review. We understand that you felt strange about the check-in and we do apologize for that. We had an emergency and so were not able to check you in personally. We did however made sure that you had access to your booked room. In any event, we do close our office at certain times in the day while tending to guests needs or for maintenance. Sincerely,

Thank you for your comments. We would have appreciated you notifying us that the kitchen sink wasn't functioning properly or if the AC wasn't functioning or if there were no coffee cups in the room. We normally place coffee cups in the rooms as part of our normal housekeeping and do check heat/ac when guests notify so that we can have a technician take a look and make any needed repairs.
