Paid for 2 days but linen was not changed after request was made in the morning. Returned to room to find same sheets on bed. Had to have a room change at 9:00 pm. Coffee machine not working in the morning. Not happy at all.

The cable wasn’t working well so I wasn’t able to enjoy the TV. The front desk did offer to give us a different room. The noise woke me up from other guests playing loud music from their vehicles.

The check in was good. The room was in bad shape. The morning breakfast selections was very limited. No eggs no meat only waffles, bagels and cereal and no juices.

While clean, the room was in some disrepair. Dresser drawer face was missing, bedside drawer did not fully close, toilet seat was damaged, and the shower head was loose in the wall. Nothing critical, but did indicate the room needed some attention

Couldn't check in for 30 minutes because Noone at front desk. Was not even midnight and the girl was asleep in the next room with lights off. Had to ring bell constantly to wake her up and sadly other guests in nearby rooms. Breakfast bar had nothing to offer and juices were out and noone to restock them.

Checking in took awhile because the front desk girl was sleeping in the next room and ringing bell multiple times finally woke her up. And breakfast was out of everything or just had nothing to offer even all the juices were out.

Not bad
Smelled like marijuana and cigarettes and they try to mask the smell with a ton of spray. The floor wasn't clean and corners of the room was dirty. The shower head had a lot of minerals on it and wasn't cleaned for a long time. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean for the most part. The area was great. Close to basically everything. Walmart, Sam's club, and restaurants everywhere.

We have used this motel several times in the past 25 years or more because we have family in the area. Each visit here gets a little worse each year. This visit we arrived and promptly checked in, going in our room it seemed stuffy, we unpacked and as I went to turn the ac down it would not go below 82 , I could turn it up to 90 but not below 82, the receptionist was very nice and came up to room and he to could not get the ac to lower. He promptly move us to another room. After unpacking again I realized there was no remote for the tv so down to the desk again, which he retrieved a remote and showed me how to program it to our room. Then since we had been on the road and had to freshen up before meeting family for the evening I decided to take a nice hot shower. NEVER HAPPENED… at full blast with NO Cold water, It Was Barely Warm and I mean BARELY. I Think it’s time to look elsewhere on our trips to Greensboro NC

As the temperatures began to change we ask that all guest give time for waters to warm up due to low weather temperatures.
