Staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and kept up well. The only drawback is sheets and bedding should use high quality materials.

We had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Fitness center was sufficient. 24 hr coffee & tea bar was perfect.

The room was clean except for only one roll of toilet tissue. I put some used towels outside of my door and asked the cleaning personnel for toilet tissue. Didn't receive any. Also the cleaning personnel were very very loud. Girls running up the hallway banging the cart against walls very loud.. This was very annoying. But the front desk personal did come and help me with the thermostat.

Enjoyed our stay!
Very nice hotel, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bobby, the shuttle driver, got us to and from our destination promptly and was a wealth of information about the area. One word of advice... the front of the hotel faces a busy highway; noise from the traffic wasn't that loud and didn't bother us, but if you're sensitive to noise you may want to request a room facing away from the road.

Consistently great stay
Hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, casino, and highways. This is our second time staying here when we are in town visiting family. Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very convenient and saves us a stop in the morning. They offer a nice variety and it is very good. There is also a selection of snacks and drinks for purchase anytime during the day.

Staff was great at first during the check in process. After unpacking all of my belongings, I noticed a bed bug on my pillow. I took a picture and took it to the front desk where the staff tried to tell me it was a different type of bug, as if they weren’t trained on what bed bugs looked like. After waiting, Kristan was very rude regarding the entire situation. I requested a full refund on Aug 25th and to be contacted by the manager, and it is now Sept 12 and have received nothing. Do not recommend.
