Typically I do not give such a poor review knowing how it impacts the business. No way would I ever recommend this hotel. On the first floor 111, filthy floors, carpet had dirt and who knows what on it. I have a pet and I think they gave me the worst room for $200!!! And the water in the town is BROWN. Allegedly ok to drink, huh! No way. The sheets looked unwashed. They caulked around the tub so many times it comes 3 inches out on the floor. The toilet bowl had a crack. Sleep in your car.

The two ladies at the front seat were super nice and helpful when checking in. But when I made it to me room, I noticed old towels still hanging in the shower and the ice bucket had water and the liner floating in it (had not been emptied).

The property was in the mists of a repair and maintenance update. However, aside from that, it was clean, quiet, and appropriate for my overnight stay. Clean, Updated hotel - Great Coffee
Hotel staff was very nice, always smiling and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast... good selection! Breakfast staff always made sure we had fresh coffee!!!! Parts of the hotel are being updated, but it did not bother our stay. Lobby area was clean, updated and decorated for Christmas. We will definitely stay there again.

Thank you for the Positive feedback :) Washington County's water is for sure discolored, but we do guarantee it is 100% EPA tested and safe to drink though we do offer complimentary bottled water for our traveling guests :)

The locked out Guest
Every time I left my room I had to go too the front desk so the Clerk to rekey my room key.This was so annoying and stressful.Room service did not deep clean my room on the second day nor vacuum.The breakfast was decent but they was out of blueberry muffins the overall stay was just that a stay.

Southern Hospitality at its finest!
Our stay was very nice and relaxing and what made it even better was the friendly and helpful staff who kindly met and exceeded any and all our expectations. I will definitely be back to stay and recommend y’all to my friends for a get place to stay if you’re looking for exceptional service while staying away from home.

my room was not clean, and very bad odor/smell had to go buy carpet fresh and other supply. no other room available.

Pool closed r/t construction. Ice makers didnt work on 2nd or 3rd floor. Breakfast was very limited, what was available was dried up.Staff however was very friendly

The breakfast was hot and good. The staff was all very welcoming anf friendly. Beds were very comfortable. They are in middle of remodel, but did not affect our stay in any way. It was a quick overnight stop and a place we would stop at again.

The property was alright, but the inconvenience of going to room on 3rd floor and key card not working! Having to go back downstairs to front desk to get key reset does not work for me. I understand that it's easier to kill all keys the next day to keep from going through the system to determine your stay overs, but for a handicapped individual 🤔 it could be a headache 😕

Disappointing. Overpriced. 2-3 times the rate of other properties in the area but the room was comparable to the others. Redeeming factor was the breakfast. Better than many hotels.

Renovation looks great but the first room still had earrings and lipstick in it. Also the toilet didn’t work. We changed rooms at 1am. 🙈

The property has a tinged colored water. The bathroom floor tiles were dirty. Some towels were dirty and still stained. We were told to give the dirty used towels to a housecleaning staff when she came around and she informed that she would bring in more towels for the evening. She didn't bring enough and when we asked they were all out. I think cleanliness should be a better priority. Other than that it was okay
