You reserved single bed and you came to front desk and you asking double bed. Also You both are drunk a lot that’s why we refused.

We give you new room 102 on 4/8 but you don’t like so leave same time time we give you refund don’t come again here we don’t like trash people like you. And you have five night reservations but you don’t have money that’s why you stay one night. After 6 days you put it a review so these six days did you forget to put it a review or now you jealous. Don’t come back now you are in black list.

You have a 105 no smoking room you are lier because you steal the pillow with pillow case and 2 wash cloth and we charge that’s why you put it a wrong review. Again you are lier and We charge wrong review Amount.

The staff was friendly, and the room looked as it did in the photo. There was animal feces on most of the stairs and the on the upper walkway leading to the room. The shower and tub had rust and needed cleaning. The sofa had footprints on the seat and back cushions. The refrigerator did not provide ample cooling for leftovers. The door deadbolt lock didn't work, and light shinned through the large gaps around the door. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Poor Customer Service/Money Blown!
It was Mother's Day Weekend, and I was surprising my daughter with a visit to Columbus, OH. I extended my stay by one day and booked a room for one day at Extended Stay America, Columbus Tuttle. Immediately after my booking, our plans changed. I immediately called Columbus Tuttle, canceling my reservation and informing them of my change. I was told they had it and would confirm via email and issue me a refund. To date, I've not received the refund, nor heard back from the hotel, even though I called more than once regarding this issue. I am doubly disappointed, for two reasons; (1) that's $80+ just blown out the window, and (2) when I shared this experience with Hotels.com, you guys did nothing to compensate.me or even try to work with me through the hotel to issue me a refund. In all the years I've been with Hotels.com, this has never been my experience. I am gravely disappointed with your customer service in this instance. Perhaps this review will cause someone to actually hear my complaint, and activate a response- like actually giving me a refund.

Very dirty property. Comforter had burn holes in it. White sheets had yellow stains. Hair in bathtub. No shampoo or conditioner.

People can write review to anybody so review is very common who are you when you are staying give me your information because when you have a problem so why you are not coming to front desk. and one more thing you are dirty our property is nice and clean.

rooms need updated badly, carpet very old and smelly, bathtub was so filthy we wouldn't even use it for a shower.

The hotel has seen better days. I don't know what happened to them but the place seem to be lost in time, which is okay. My ordeal started with their towels which were old and not clean. When I tried sleeping, I noticed the bed sheets were also not clean, I asked for fresh ones that I was given. My overall issue with the room was that it was crawling with bed bugs. I ended up spending the night in my car and got a refund the next day. Now I am afraid and praying I didn't pick any bug home.

Nasty
This hotel was horrible. Dead bugs in the bathroom, soap left in the bathtub from a previous guest, dirty toilets, just to name a few. The lady that checked us in was very nice but the man in the evening, I believe he was owner or manager, argued with me about the price I paid for the room through Expedia. That is definitely not the way to keep a customer. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared and smelled clean. In the end, you get what you pay for and I would never recommend this hotel.

Our Policy is Children under the age of 8 , stay free.... not 17 years old. another thing asking No Smoking Room and Smoke , and say " I smoke out side " ....................is not right . The REAL non smoking people Smell the difference Air and Give us bad name.... being not getting Non Smoking Room..
