Nice room, close to aiport. Maps gave me the run around be for I saw the nondescript entrance sign. People came into room above us around 10PM, noise woke me up and i heard a dog bark once then quite for the rest of the night.

Property was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful. The sink in my room was backed up and almost unusable and the toilet would rock when sitting on it.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The space was perfect for us and we were packing for nothing. The staff, especially the cook were extremely personable. The food was amazing.

UNDER Construction.
I wish I knew there was Major construction going on BEFORE I booked. I routinely stay in Residence Inn's from the Midwest to the East coast, because of their excellent everything. Just to be clear, the construction noise from approx 8am to 10pm is my only complaint.

Noisy ac units. The hotel is under construction. It needs a lot of work. Doors are loud closing. Floors are thin. Front desk person would not apply Marriott points. Be careful choosing this property. I stay at a lot of hotels. This one’s pretty bad.

Not focused on customer experience
No internet. Spent 20 minutes with tech support (why is this on me to do), all to no avail. Coffee machine in room didn't work. Coffee in lobby a couple times cold, or empty. My room was missing furnishings, friends room was found with full garbage can, no hand soap. Too many things wrong... The guy working breakfast area was excellent. Ladies behind front desk were good as well.

Fabulous staff and comfortable stay
From check in to check out the staff was wonderful. Everyone had smiles on their faces, asked if we needed anything, or just waved and nodded. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel was clean and made you feel right at home. The only negative would be that it is a bit outdated and needed repairs here and there, however the man at the front desk mentioned he couldn’t wait for the renovations that would be occurring at the end of this year. So I am sure that won’t be an issue in the future. The price was better than any hotels around, and for the amenities and kitchen/living room and room size, I well felt it was worth every penny and then some. We will definitely stay there again for future visitors to the area.

Our stay was excellent. The staff took very good care of us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. It was so roomy and spacious. The kitchen was great too, with all the dishes, pots and utensils. I loved the dishwasher. The negatives were: the furniture could use some updating, (they looked a very worn out), as well as the carpets. The bathrooms, kitchen cabinets. and stove/oven could use some updating too.

I love Marriott properties because I know what I am getting no matter which property I stay at. This property is comfortable. My only comment is the room smelled like cigar smell. Other than that it met my expectation.

I arrived and was waiting to check, this one employee was about to help me but he got a call just as he was going to help me, another male employee walked from the back about the same time I thought he was going to assist me but he didn't he was talking to the the other employee as he was on the phone. I was waiting and another guest came to the front and was waiting as I was , but I was waiting first, so the employee that came from the back looked in his direction and assist him, I waited until he finished helping him and I let him know I was displeased that he would wait on him first and not me , he denied doing so , he didn't apologize or anything , he actually was somewhat argumentative, I didn't get his name, the employee who checked me in did apologize and was helpful, due to my experience at this hotel I will not be staying there again
