Terrible property
2/3 of the building was under construction. We were not aware, nor did we know the building was under another name other than days inn. Property looked abandoned and construction left overs everywhere. We didn’t feel safe and found another hotel to stay in for the night.

They closed for renovations 5 days early, not informing us beforehand so we got there 11:30pm with no one there, phone number turned off and no place to stay! Rude

There was not hot water available. The room was newly renovated however the main door had a 1-inch gap at the bottom with no weather seal, which let light and bugs into the room. We killed two roaches that obviously just walked in from under the door. This is a construction error that I hope they will correct for their sake.

The staff is friendly and professional. The location of the property worked out well for my purpose as it was 2 minutes away to a weekend class I was attending. They do provide breakfast (yogurt, banana, sunkist drink, coffee, tea, two selections of dry cereal, and oatmeal, i believe you can make waffles too). And finally, although the property is clean, it could use a little bit of upkeep in which it appears they are beginning renovations during my stay.

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Shower too small. We asked for housekeeping and they never made beds after a few days. They did replenish towels everyday. The reason we stood there was because of location.

Zero cell service in the room.
There are no cellphone towers in the area so my cellphone didn't work in the room. The WiFi was hit and miss as well.

We apologize for the inconsistent service in this area. While we have a good location our cell service in the area is not as good. In regards to the wifi, we can provide with another wifi network if the one given to you at the front desk was not up to par.

The condition of the room was poor. The room is in need of an upgrade as many things needed to be fixed such as doors, electrical outlets, and toilet seat.

Good for the price
We have stayed here a few times. It's a older hotel, could use some updating. It's clean and in a safe area, so it's satisfactory for the price. Only complaint is we had four in the room, with only 3 sets of bath towels. No big deal really, just had to go to the office and get a extra set. Must be common because we were short a set at another hotel the night before.

you can noy use your cell phone in your rooms and have to walk outside to use as a on call nurse that needs to hear the phone for work ..this wad a big fail .. was staying around to see where i would like to BUY a home ..my next stay will be at the holiday inn NOT HERE

Bugs in the bathroom. Bed was hard. Smelled. Outdated. No water presser. This hotel had people who rent it long term. Wall are thin and you could hear and smell everything.

We were told before we reserved it that the pool would be open on may 28th. They filled up the pool and then said it has to be inspected by the city before we can swim in it. We won't be there after the city inspects it. They should have thought of that before may 28th. We were very disappointed. However, for a days inn, this one was nicer than i expected. As motels usually go though, my non-smoking room smelled like smoke. There was also a silver fish in the shower. The floors were flithy (feet were totally black after walking around) breakfast was ok..not great. but other than that, no complaints. It did feel safe and it's great location. I'm not sure if I'd stay again or not. We will see!

Hi Michael, Thanks for staying with us. As for the swimming pool, the city was behind on inspections and couldn't come to us right away. We did get the pool open that week, we just wanted everything to be safe and clean for our guests. We hope you come stay with us again and we can make the stay more enjoyable.

I was impressed with the size of the room. From the complimentary breakfast to the friendly faces. Couldn't ask for a cool service. All the families are using this hotel.

I didn't like that I paid for and booked a room with 2 beds and then then when I checked in, the front desk attendant informed me that they were out of rooms with 2 beds. It also took over 40 mintues to complete check in which is about 35 minutes longer thank any other check in that I've ever done. It took way to long to check in.

Love this little place!
Teen daughter and I have stayed here multiple times while in the area. For as much time as we're NOT in hotel room, we don't need a fancy, over-priced room to sit empty. Days Inn is a nice, unassuming, clean, peaceful little place. Staff have always been friendly, and we've never had any issues with rooms. Recommended!

So gross.
We arrived to find no one in the office, but doors were open. Nearly half an hour later, the clerk showed up. The room said it was non-smoking, but reeked of smoke. There was actually a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke alarm, so it was clear there had been significant smoking in the room. There was a pile of someone else’s hair and dust in the corner of the bathroom. It was terrible.

THE office staff must of been out on the property and that's why no one was at the front desk sorry you didn't enjoy your stay you could of asked to be moved to another room in the hotel to make your stay a pleasant one we have checked the room and reconsiled the issue with the room. If and when you stay again hopefully it will be a pleasant one . .

My stay was cut short unexpectedly. I made my reservation for three nights on Sunday and checked in within 2 hours. On Monday, I checked out because the circumstances of my visit changed. I realized that I would have to pay for the second night because I was well after checkout time. I left the hotel Monday evening and requested a refund for my third night for which they had already charged my credit card. I contacted Travelocity who contacted the hotel and informed me that the Days Inn Manager refused to refund my money for the third night quoting "policy", even though I was well prior to checkout time for third night and had left the hotel after one night. I called the hotel, told them what had happened and requested to speak to a manager. It has been over a week since I left a message for the hotel manager to discuss this. They have not shown the professionalism or courtesy to return my call or discuss my situation and request. I will not stay at a Days Inn again and feel that the staff at this particular property in Peachtree City, Georgia is uncaring, unprofessional and is not interested in engaging with or taking care of their guests.
