The desk clerk was friendly. The hotel and area are very safe and quiet. Our room was comfortable. The room was a bit worn and needed to be vacuumed. The fridge didn't cool down. Not the best hotel experience.

When we arrived at 6:30 pm room was not ready. Nothing was discounted for room not being ready. Breakfast was not included. Breakfast was very over priced.

I would definitely rate this hotel a 8.5 .the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean the only negatives were there were some spots where it looked like they needed to be painted and no coffee in the room. But they did have coffee,snacks in the lobby overall a very nice hotel

The staff on all shifts were excellent. The rooms were very nice and suited our needs, and the kitchen was a plus. The only problem we had was with the pull-out sofa bed. The mattress was completely flat and severely stained with no sheets or bedding. My daughter had to sleep on the couch and was uncomfortable, but overall, we will stay again with no hesitation.

Our room was accommodating for our stay with two small children. We wish the staff would have informed us of the air purifiers in our rooms and emptied them when they would service our rooms and prior to our arrival. The front desk personnel were very wishy washy, you never knew which attitude you would receive. The fixtures in the rooms are rusting due to the humidity in the rooms.
