Gorgeous, rural, agricultural setting. Beautiful property with very helpful staff. Wish I was still there. Took tons of photos with my camera while just walking around the property. . . . a beautiful photo every direction I turned.

The facilities are beautiful with a new pool and landscaping. The breakfast was superb and bed very comfortable with extra pillows. The location is quiet and agricultural with new olive grove.

We had the most beautiful, amazing stay. Couldn’t have asked for more. Quiet and serene, breathtaking back drop, friendliest staff, incredible breakfast, gorgeous pool, wonderful room .. it had everything.

Una pausa perfetta
La location è magnifica e a breve distanza da moltissime località da visitare. Per una pausa dal caos cittadino è perfetta. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari. La colazione è strepitosa, tutta con prodotti locali, alcuni dei quali a km 0. Un plauso alla signora che ogni giorno prepara torte dolci e salate con grande fantasia. Gentilissimo e solerte tutto il personale, compresi i due splendidi gatti, i veri signori della tenuta. Speriamo di tornare in primavera o in estate per usufruire della bella piscina e degli spazi esterni.

ein tolles Hotel zum wohlfühlen
Wir haben zwei Nächte hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ruhige Lage, sehr schöne saubere moderne Zimmer und hervorragende Betten, sehr schönes gepflegtes Ambiente und ein tolles Frühstück, die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit bei der Erkundung der Gegend.

Tolles B&B in wunderschönen Toskana Landschaft
Wunderschönes B&B in toller Landschaft. Gutes Frühstückbuffet mit vielen süsses und salzigen Kuchen. Die Zimmer sind ganz super leider fehlt ein gutes Leselicht am Bett. Wir waren 5 Näcnte dort und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Speziell war es die Flamingos in Orbetello zu sehen und im Naturschutzgebiet Riserva Naturale Duna Feniglia zu wandern.

The perfect country retreat!
The perfect country retreat! In the heart of Maremma, close to Argentario's beautiful towns and beaches plus nearby many others famous and charming Tuscan towns and villages. Very friendly and super efficient service. Another very positive factor for warmer seasons' guests is the imminent opening of an outdoor swimming pool.

Must stop in the area
Great location, no right by the seaside but super easy to get to. Rooms are clean, comfortable and view is great to wake up to! Amazing breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. They also had great recommendations for places in the area and helped facilitate any request or reservation! Will definitely be back if I’m ever back in the area!

Wir haben eine Nacht auf unserer Rundreise durch die Toskana in diesem schönen B&B mit Traumfrühstück geschlafen. Herzliche Gastgeberin die für das Frühstück backt und Ausflugstips:/Restauranttips bereit hält. Einzig, dass uns die Matratzen zu hart waren.

Peaceful location in the countryside
What a fantastic place to stay, very quiet and the owners are so friendly. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of home made cakes that are made fresh everyday. The gardens are relaxing with a hammock between two pine trees. Highly recommend staying here.

Romantisches Hotel auf dem Lande
Das Hotel wurde als Ausgangspunkt für viele Besichtigungen im Süden der Toscana gewählt. Die Eigentümer unterstützten diese Besichtigungen durch viele Tipps. Sehr positiv war das Frühstücksbufett - Abwechslungsreich und mit vielen Kuchenvariationen. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber. Es ist lediglich zu bemängeln, daß die Zimmer nicht mit einer zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch ausgestattet sind. Außerdem ist der Kleiderschrank ohne Wäschefächer sehr einfach ausgestattet- etwas lustig ist der Safew im Schrank, der wie eine Koservendose locker im Unterfach liegt und jederzeit komplett entwendet werden kann. Ich bin überzeugt davon, daß die Eigentümer diese Beanstandungen mittels geringen Aufwand beseitigen könnten.

Moderne Unterkunft mit tollem Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse. Wir wurden mit einem leckeren Cappucino begrüßt, eine sehr nette Geste zum Start unseres nur 1-tägigen Aufenthalts. Dort lässt es sich gewiss auch länger sehr gut genießen.

Es war schön, herzlich und erholsam. Das Frühstück ist besser und individueller, als in einem 5* Haus. Ein PKW ist zwingend notwendig. Schade, dass es Abends keine Küche gibt.

Magnifique et tranquille!
Ce bed and breakfast est magnifique. Le bâtiment est moderne, le terrain est bien entretenu et l'endroit est tranquille... et cela à 15 minutes seulement de Orbetello. Les petits-dejeuners sont plus qu'excellents et les gens sympathiques. J'y retournerais avec plaisir!!

EVERYTHING PERFECT
This is just a great place to stay, nice modern rooms in a quiet place, fantastic contryside location with only 10 min drive to the nice beaches. Great, rich breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. In fact there are no negative to find, a clear full score 5 points

Modern countryside B&B with very high standard, peacefully located countryside in the midle f the fields and farmland, but still only 10 min from the nice beaches. Very friendly and helpful staff and a faboulus breakfast. In fact, no negative to say, a clear 5 points

Splendidamente! Posto meraviglioso. La pace e il silenzio la fanno da padrone. Vi sconsiglio il Podere del Priorato solo se siete a dieta: la mattina vi serviranno un'infinità di torte e dolci, uno più buono dell'altro, che sarà molto difficile rinunciare. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, vi sapranno dare tutte le migliori informazioni e suggerimenti sui posti da vedere e visitare. Se dovessi tornare in zona, sicuramente ci tornerei. Complimenti!

Struttura recente molto ben integrata con il territorio e con personale competente e cortesissimo. Camere razionali e pulite. Giardino curatissimo e ben organizzato. Colazione dalla varietà nord europea ma con qualità tutta italiana (es. Dolci fatti tutti in casa...). La location e' comoda sia per raggiungere la costa che per visitare l'interno.
