Dear Thomas, thanks for the excellent feedback posted in this community, we are very glad to know that you enjoyed the experience in our Locanda. We apologize for the inconvenience about the air conditioning, your room was located in the Farm House where there is a centralized system managing the heating or air conditioning (they can not be managed contemporarly). This season the weather was much variable, even in May we had most of the days with large temperature range, very cold in the evening (also together with lot of rain) and warmer in the daytime, we preferred to keep the heating active for longer and made the switch to summer mode (with air conditioning active) only at the end of May. We also have taken good note about your suggestion on the chaise longue we have at the main pool. They are designer products, but unfortunately as you may know, sometimes aesthetics does not match with comfort , so we are thinking for next season to replace them as we did for the kids' pool ones this year.Thanks again for sharing your opinion with us. this is much important as it can help us to improve our services for the future.Looking forward to welcome you back soon, we send our best regards,Alessia PicchiantiFOM
