Check in time is at 3:00. We came at 3:30pm however we were told room is not ready and we will be upgraded but we have to wait because the room is in progress of cleaning. So we agreed. We waited for one hour and a half before we got a room and it is not the room that we were told. Room was dusty. It has feathers of birds on the floor and has a cockroach.

The room was dirty and couldn’t get any better. You can’t tell from the pics but the bathroom is not closed off from the room. Had booked the room with the breakfast add-on, but the option disappears when you pay. Tried to contact the hotel to resolve it, but no response. The geyser fountain drowned out the ocean and the artificial frog noise was distracting.

It was amazing on how well this place was still functioning after the typhoon destruction. The area around the hotel was still messed up, some items were not in stock at the time of my stay, but these were minor. My only real gripe is on multiple times I informed the staff that two baby seats were broken, multiple times they were given back to me to use during my stay. I feel sorry for the first person who gets Karen'd because of this issue.

We visited this hotel shortly after the worst storm in decades, and the staff was so helpful and everybody is was just doing their best. It has a great location and we will definitely be giving it another shot as another time.

Stayed 7 nights with large family (2 parents, 1 grandma & 4 kids; 0, 3, 6 &10). Deluxe ocean front rooms were very clean & comfortable. The children absolutely loved the pool especially the slide; beach was nice and kids enjoyed some basic snorkeling; enough variety of fish and coral for kids but better at nearby Gun Beach. Breakfast buffet included in our rate was very good with enough variety and worth the bit extra per night. Most dinners were outside with several options within walking distance. We had some meals at Kitchen Cafe & poolside which were good and actually reasonably priced when compared to outside restaurants. The only constructive critique might be to have beach chairs, umbrellas & service available FOC. Not really that big of a deal though. The best part of our stay was the fantastic staff in every department. Our trip was great but we had a problem at the end resulting in my wife and infant daughter needing to stay behind and I had to return to Tokyo with rest of the family on Christmas eve. The staff here went above and beyond doing what they could to lessen the impact of this very unpleasant experience for us. It was clear that they genuinely cared and even offered to help in their off time if we needed anything. I would like to personally thank Conrad and the entire team at Hyatt Regency Guam. Their personal touch is what makes a difference in customer experience and why we will be back with them again very next chance we get!

The pool was awesome and the room with ocean view was amazing. The room service selection was not great. There was not enough variety and the food that we did order was not good at all. The breakfast was amazing but quite expensive. The ambience at the hotel was beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel was nice ahd the elevators worked great, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and included standard cooked dishes like eggs and bacon. There was also bread, muffins and Nutella. The tables and chairs were also nice and the atmosphere was good. The wifi worked great.

Housekeeping staff was excellent. Pool bar staff unpleasant and slow, pools were excellent. Some of the servers at Kitchen Cafe buffet breakfast were intrusive. Was often told “fully booked but will waitlist you” when trying to reserve lunch and dinner tables at Kitchen Cafe and Niji restaurants. The front desk staff, which you must call for table reservations, room service -for everything, seemed to become less judgmental and much more respectful once my stay was based on a hotels.com booking.

The room was really nice, because it was an upgraded room due to poor check-in process. Upon arriving at the hotel for checking in at the scheduled 3pm check in time, I was told that the room was not ready. I was told to wait in the lobby until they could fix the room. I was okay with it until the front desk clerk told me that I just booked the hotel the same day. Regardless, whether it’s the same day or not, I already paid for the hotel. Therefore, I was expecting a room to sit and relax. I was given a complimentary happy hour and a late check out and free breakfast. I guess that made up for the delayed check in. But I hope in the future, I could just get the room and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is classy and the grounds/pool are fantastic and beautifully landscaped. It was not too crowded so we enjoyed the many different areas of the pool, it’s waterfalls and slides. Great for the kids. Only wish elevators were a little closer to our room and that the hotel had a small store that was open later. Beautiful room as well; however, we noticed a subtle smell coming from the headboard, possibly from adhesive used to secure the padding to the board or from the paint as they appeared to be brand new. Shower water pressure not so strong but not such a biggie with me. Would stay at this hotel again when in Guam.
